Bit more maintenance required in some areas i guess that's a work in progress

We liked the location, central but off the main road so less traffic noise. The hotel is older, so the rooms are basic, and some renovation is needed but generally clean. To us a big plus was it is all on one level no lifts or stairs to contend with. In addition, everything you need is close at hand or a short trike ride away. Another thing we enjoyed was the pool guests can use it and its quiet We are in PI for a month and were planning to stay two weeks at V/Jour but decided to stay another two weeks , I guess that sums it up pretty much

NOT ORGANIZED WITH OUR BOOKING. THEY COULDN'T FIND MY NAME BECAUSE THEY SAVED IT IN A DIFFERENT NAME SO WE HAD TO WAIT FOR ALMOST AN HOUR CAUSE THEY WERE DOUBTFUL. NEXT TIME THEY NEED TO BE ATTENTIVE WITH THE GUESTS NAME.

Small basic room! For the some money, just 400 m away you can get: bigger room, window out, quiet AC, soap and shampoo, slippers and huge fridge. But woman at front desk was very nice and tried to help.

The bed was a painted plywood box with a 3"mattress which made it very hard. 😱🤬 The maintenance of the room is disgraceful. -The bathroom tap was so rusty that it literally fell apart after a couple of days. 👎👎 -The fridge was balanced on a stool and had a tree branch inside where a rail was missing. -The shower head was so badly blocked that hardly any water came out. I had to clean it to make it work. - chipped and Broken floor tiles. - No hot running water. - The whole room badly needs a make over and would not cost a lot 🤏💵💰

The location is great. 50mtrs away from the road so you don't get the noise or fumes from the traffic. 👍👍 The room layout means you don't have anyone on the other side of the wall (not sure about all rooms). Good size swimming pool, cleaned daily.👍 Working jacuzzi.👍 The price was very reasonable for the area. 👍👍 The staff were extremely helpful and friendly even when I was complaining. They are a major selling point for me and not responsible for any of the negative aspects of the hotel 👍👍👍

The hotel rooms are a little dated, however the staff keeps a decent standard of cleanliness, and they try to accommodate the guests needs. Location is very central.

To be honest, my partner had a nightmare twice during our stay in this hotel. The room looks old inside and creepy. When we were about to take a bath in the morning, the water that was coming-out the shower was very dirty, so we decided not to take a bath instead. Although the stay is very affordable, I don't think we will book again here.
