Overall superb. I went with my family. Very near to airport. Owner lady very polite, helpful and hospitable. Family room very spacious for 5 person. Morning breakfast excellent. The owner lady made breakfast as per our liking. She even made french toast for my son by learning it on you tube. Breakfast was great for all of us. We had to leave early, so we got our hot breakfast at 6 am. Highly recommended for families as you feel like at home.

Very convenient location, a short taxi ride from the airport. The hosts were extremely accommodating. We arrived at 10.30pm and were welcomed in at this time. They were very responsive in answering any queries we had around onward transport. Our shuttle to Port Barton was arranged for us the following day. We had a tasty breakfast and enjoyed our stay!

What we like 1st was how we were greeted by the owner. She was very welcoming and accommodating and also served our breakfast ahead of time because we had to leave very early for our El Nido tour. 2nd was the room was clean and comfortable. Lastly, it was near the capitol so you can go out and explore puerto princessa. Luckily when we were there it was also the 121st foundation of Puerto Princessa so the night market was very alive. We definitely recommend this place, especially if you have an early El Nido tour as it very convenient for the van drivers for pick u.Worth every penny!

Had a super vacation in villa Skanderbeg, the guesthouse is everything you want on your vacation. The rooms are nice and comfortable, very clean ( thank you Ivy and ate Rey😀) . They arrange your trips to Underground river, Honda bay etc. they book your cab or tricycle for airport or to the city. You also can rent a motorcycle for a very decent price.. we will come back for sure! oh btw, Puerto Princesa is amazing.. Ate Rey, Kuya Michele and miss Ivy thank you for everything.. greetings Diederik & Belle

Nothing. We were happy with everything.

The owners of Villa Skaderbeg were so hospitable and accommodating! The room itself was exceptionally clean and our stay was very comfortable. WIFI and AC were great!! We were only there for one night and in the morning we also had a really great breakfast! We were extremely happy and are so thankful we met them! The location was only a tricycle ride away from "downtown". We would definitely come back over and over again. I feel that the photos did not do justice for this place. The warmth and hospitality we felt cannot be captured in the photos. Thank you Villa Skaderbeg for absolutely everything.

Stayed here for one night after our flight and it was perfect before heading to Port Barton the day after. The couple who own the place are lovely and were so kind and attentive, we even had a home cooked Italian dinner with them which was amazing! The room is spacious and clean and in a quiet area. The breakfast was extremely good too, overall we very much enjoyed our stay here, thank you!

Wonderful place to stay, Rey and Michele are so welcoming and make Puerto Princesa feel like your home. Room is cozy & clean and we had the most lovely Italian dinner with them. When plans fell through on short notice they assisted us with accommodations. Thank you both for your hospitality!

If you are a light sleeper you may be woken up very early in the morning by the noises from the neighborhood.

The roosters in the neighbourhood. They always started crowing at 4 am! But it was not on the guest house, I know. Other than the roosters, the guest house was actually very quiet.

I stayed for three nights. The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable and home-like. The owners Ray and Mikili were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent. The decoration of the entire compound was refreshing.

More than anything its the staff that I like the most. Very patient and accommodating. She waited for me until 1am since I checked in late from an almost 7hour trip from ElNido. The owner personally showed me to my room and in the following morning upon waking up I was greeted with warm smiles and a very delicious Italian vibe breakfast that comes with my accommodation... The facilities are good, very clean, comfy, wifi and air-conditioning system is 100%. In the 3 hotels I stayed in during my 3 day-3 night trip in Puerto Princesa and El Nido, Villa Skanderbeg is the best for me. Super love it here. The most recommended hotel in Puerto Princesa!

The Villa is a little further away from the "life of the city", there was not much to do around

Our stay at Villa Skanderbeg was very nice! The facilities were clean and comfortable. The owner was open for any kind of service and organization. She arranged a good tour for us and she gave us their motorcycle for a day. Besides, we had friendly conversations with them. Breakfast was continental and ready by the requested time.

Everything was better than what we were expecting! the owners are so kind and helpful. We spent some time together, it was so nice to chat with them and eat a real italian pasta made by an Italian! The room was clean and big, and as a bonus there was a real shower which is hard to find in Philippines. We would absolutely come back here if we stop by again. Thank you again!
