Unfortunately, information about check-in details was sent on the day of check-in, when I was on the road without communication or the Internet. Upon arrival at the hotel, the security guards contacted the contact number indicated in the reservation, and the hostess checked us into our room. During the 5 days of our stay, the room was not cleaned, although the service was paid for. Below is a list of what was paid on the receipt. 1 apartment 12% VAT 15% property maintenance fee Cleaning fee: Php 600 per stay.

There are no surprises in the room, everything is exactly as in the photographs. The place is very convenient! There is a large shopping center nearby, SM City Mall. Conveniently, all jeepneys in this "Ecolan" area begin/end their routes to different directions of the city right here, on the territory of SM City Mall.

We don’t know the schedule of cleaning the swimming pool.. my kids are so excited but unfortunately they are not allowed to come in for swimming..

The small revolving AC in the living room doesn’t provide enough coolness plus the electric fan was broke/ wasn’t working during our entire 3 days stay. It should have been fixed or replaced before the occupants’ arrival. Care taker was made aware about it. One or two of the dining table chair cushions were ripped off and the cushions were coming out. Knives were dull, needs to be sharpened. The material/patch used to cover the glass window in the shower room fell off … you could be seen from another building while taking a shower. I booked for 6 people, only 4 towels were supplied… has to call for additional 2 towels.

Pay the parking space in advance kasi they knock on our door relly early just to as for payment.

Was a nice 2 days stay. They have complete kitchen ware so if you want to cook no problem. No problem also even if we checked in at 12 midnight. Parking space lang was too far from our building. Anyway the staff was nice. I would stay here again.

But the kitchen lacks dishwashing soap. And the AC was not that cold though it was already set to the coldest.

We booked for 4 pax but towels and bed capacity provided were only for 2 people. Restroom could have been cleaner.

The toilet paper roll seemed like it was used coz the other one was only half left. The other room has no futon bed. The TV, I don’t know if you can’t just watch local channel networks.(We just used the YT to watch the news). Also no extra hand washing soap. And also, in the shower, you can be seen from the other apartment because the part where the exhaust is, it’s a glass and there was no cover.

The fact that I arrived there to find a security guard demanding where we are staying. I had no idea it wasn't a normal hotel. Had to try and contact someone to find our room. I'd been traveling for 3 days and it was late at night so just poor communication. Same as Q city same apartment I had the same problem. Q city one I received a refund as I was waiting in the lobby for almost 2 hours. This one in Davao city have had no communication no refund 😕
