The water pressure seems to drop down at some point in the morning and consequently the water heaters do not operate on low pressured water flow.

Our family room was spacious and clean, I also liked that there is a safe parking space for our car. The facility is well secured and protected from outsiders using a biometric access. Also, Charity was so helpful with all our needs and even helped us with our luggage.

I really have to look hard for something... the Wifi did not work on the rooftop.

The good reviews are justified. Fantastic place, so much space, hot water shower, toilet paper, towels, kitchenette etc. Everything you need is there. Quiet sidestreet, so not even noisy from outdoors. Restaurants, shops are a five minute walk away.

The bathroom rugs are old and damaged. The bathroom sink is clogged. The electric kettle is damaged/not authomatic but working.

location is a bit far but walkable. the room is clean but there is no lift. staff is friendly and accomodating

It's minor. The kettle or water heater is broken, but still works.

Accessibility. Convenient for family. Comfortable bed pillows & llinens. Clean. A warm shower is available. I like that there were two rooms for a couple or family. The veranda is an extra room with a view of the city.

Bathroom was leaking. Water dripping down from the ceiling.

The room was nice and spacious. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful.

Only stairs are available in the place. Some insects were found but they also hide. There were some things were old use already and need some like the sliding doors.

I like the vicinity of the place. Almost near the city and clean environment. The staffs are very accommodating with our request. The room was newly painted. The room is also spacious 👍

Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Place is very clean and comfy. Location is great, around 10 min walk to Burnham. Will book again for our next stay.

basement parking is small...though fits well with 4-5 cars during off peak season..... hoping for a larger parking space sooner or later... will be back again this december!

strategic location... staff are well accomodating and hospitable... very clean place to stay and have a good vacation in Baguio City!! definitely nice place to stay in the City!

This my 2nd time staying and I am always satisfied with the overall condition of property. The location is great it is near the well known places in the city, the room is big I think it can fit up to 10 people and it is super clean as well.

I know it sounds whiny coz travelling should bring inconvenience, out of your comfort zone. But we always look for fully equipped kitchen when renting out a place however they don't have microwave contrary to what was advertised. So be advised. Had to reheat leftover food using frying pans/rice cooker but fortunate we still have these appliances to cook food with. Nonetheless, we still had a great time at this place.

Travelled with kids and the suite provided us the convenience and comfort just like what we have at home. Very near to city sites - walkable if you're up to it. The equipped kitchen allowed us to cook and properly eat some meals when we didn't feel eating out. The staff were very accommodating and lent us rice cooker and extra frying pan.

The wardrobes are old and I can see molds around.

The staffs are kind and Accessible to our appointments location. The room has enough space and has a terrace,they have safe parking lot and safe maindoor lock we feel secured.

Bathroom is fine but noticed that water pressure is quite low. On our last night, water pressure was good but hot water is not as hot as when the pressure was low.
