The toilet lid is falling off, not making possible to put it in the open position. When you seat on the toilet, the lid leans on your back. There was water outage in the morning. 😏

Location is good. Price is just right. Clean. Spacious. Staff were really nice and helpful.

Shower was not working properly. Elevator was not available that time so we used the stairs to go to our room on the 3rd floor. It was indicated online that they accept card payment, but I was still requested to pay in cash. They still offered Gcash payment since I no longer have cash at that time

Room was very worn and needs a touch up. Drain in the shower did not drain properly or fast enough. Location of the hotel is a bit away from the main sites but still walkable about 20-25 minutes. On booking it should say that it is known as Rudolfo Royale, as there are plenty of Red Doorz hotels on the Manalo Extension Road which can be confusing to give directions.

We stayed here 3 nights. Very affordable price for a spacious room. TV and Aircon with a double bed. Shower curtain in the bathroom helped keep it dry, which was helpful. Unlimited hot and cold drinking water available in the lobby. Close to a few cheap eating places. Tours can be booked at the reception desk. Staff were alright and polite but only the bare minimum.

Arrived from our flight from Manila, the property looked alright from the outside but once entered into the lobby it was like stuck in the 70s - the lift was not working the dealing was dirty and cracked. Got into our room and it was dirty, lizards on the wall and on the floor! The walls was that damp that the paint was falling out of the walls. Went back down and ask if I can see another room, had a look and it stunk of pee! Wasted monies on here so have to walk out and book a taxi which cost 300 peso for a short journey (3mins drive) Don’t believe anything you see advertised spoke to so many people who was on the Same boat as us !

Could be a nice place with better management. The room I booked wasn't available. The bathroom wasn't cleaned. The shower was dirty and the drain clogged. The whole bathroom got flooded. The toilet bowl was dirty. No towel or bathroom kit although it was included in the price. Wi-fi only available on the corridor not in the room. Phone in the room wasn't working either so I climbed the stairs fifteen times. The staff wasn't bothered by any of the issues above. They just handed me a toilet pump without apologising and let me fix the drain. Lol. When I told the receptionist about this up on check out all she sad was "yes sir". She needs a coffee probably or a good sleep. Maybe a job where she won't be bothered by other people. I ordered food from outside. Went down and told the receptionist to send the guy up with my food. She said "okay sir". Then when the food arrived I had to go down to pick it up coz the receptionist was busy on her phone. She literally didn't even look up while the delivery guy was standing front of her. Lol. Love the place.

They dont accept cards, no mugs for coffee, bed is quite firm, pillows too soft and thin blankets, no elevator
