Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaThe apartment was on the second floor, with a fully equipped kitchen, we talked in advance for a scooter. When we arrived, a new scooter was parked in front. A very large terrace, on top of the terrace a net has been set up to keep shade.

SpainThis apartment has everything you need and more. The kitchen has all the amenities. The apartment is very clean and the beds are comfortable. It has a big terrace to chill out. Even if it has no AC you dont needed because it has four fans and its really not hot. The tv has netflix so everyday was like coming back to our little house after a day of exploring. The owners are very very helpful and we rented a bike with them even tho the town is walking distance.

GermanyPerfect place to stay on Romblon. It’s a building housing three separate units. I stayed in the top one which has a really nice terrace to sit at night and enjoy the atmosphere. The place itself is clean and provides you with everything you need for your stay. The hosts are also very nice and helped me out a couple of times during my stay. The only thing that one might miss is an AC unit. It didn’t bother me too much but that’s something one has to decide for himself/herself. Overall I can really recommend the place and definitely would stay there again!

SpainBathroom really needs a refurbishment. There was no fridge so we had to buy a small cooler. Noisy neighbour playing extremely loud music at 6:30am some mornings!
After 6 months travelling, it was really nice having a whole apartment with kitchen, a sofa and NETFLIX! Owners provided their own (and new) motorbike at a fair price. They were attentive but giving your own space.

CanadaIt was clean, private, and had a lovely little balcony to enjoy our morning coffee. Plenty of beds for larger groups. Perfect for our family. Cooker, kettle, water and wifi were a plus. The location didn’t bother us as we enjoy walking. The spiral staircase was a bit more cumbersome with two kids in tow but manageable. All in all, it was a great stay and we’d come back here again.

SpainThe stairs to access are steep/narrow.
We stayed 3 nights in December 2022 and everything was completely new. The apartment is 10 min walking from Romblon port. The house is simple but convenient, you have everything you would need. Really good value for money. The host helped us to rent a bike and mad e our stay in Romblon lovely.
