We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesParking. There is no assigned parking spot; ergo, is first come first served. There may be a total of eight identifiable spots, and that’s it. Best to park vehicle for the duration of your stay and either take a trike or walk to your destination.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is a model for others emulate - very friendly and professional.

PhilippinesThe frame or drainage of the A/C Unit should be checked especially when there’s rain. The water dripped inside and it was pouring a lot of water near the study table. This happened around 2-3AM so just didn’t bother to call the reception. I am pretty sure they just can’t do anything about it at that time. But I informed them upon checking out. Looks like the were not aware of any issue related to this. Good thing the dripping of the water inside the room stopped when the rain stopped.
At the center of the city, but it’s quiet and homy ambiance.

United KingdomThis is a tough one. If I were to pick anything, then perhaps the lack of a refrigerator in the room would be an issue to some people on longer stays although, it wasn't for us on our short stay.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable with good linen and very comfortable pillows. The bathroom was a nice size with a good complementary utility kit. The shower was clean and functional with nice warm water, which is important to a European.

Location is great - within the city center/ downtown. The decorations are very festive as it is holiday season. Breakfast is buffet which is great compared to other hotels in the city. Water pressure is good and hot water is available.

Nice clean and comfortable accommodation. Quiet. Has a nice cafe and a restaurant with more limited hours. Good breakfast buffet. Lots of pillows, thick Nd fluffy. Nice mattress. Hot water in the shower and a sliding door to keep the floor of the toilet area dry. Good aircon.

PhilippinesI did not like that the standard rooms does not have things like other hotels have in their standard rooms like the disposable slippers (only for the higher rooms deluxe etc. as per the staff ). Also there were only one glass inside the stardard room with two single beds and no kettle, dryer, bottled water complimetary coffee and etc. There were also no towels, I needed to call front desk and ask for two towels.
I like that the hotel's location. It's in the heart of the city. The staff also provided me a pitcher of cold water when I asked. The hot shower was great!
