Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Kingdom- Shower could have used more shelving - Two types of plug in the room but luckily we had an adapter for both. This is a common issue in the Philippines in general
- Room was large so there was a lot of space - Bed was huge and comfortable - Breakfast was nice - Location was great, beach front. Placed close enough to station 2 but far away enough to not be in the chaos - Aircon was very good

The location is very good. Because if you book some activities on Klook or Kkday. The meeting point is just around the resort about 30 seconds. So it's very convenient. And the service is pretty good. Also, you take a walk to Willy's Rock to go to S2, there are many shop (D mall) you can visit.

Perfect location right by the beach. Friendly staff and the offer of pickup from the airport was very convenient.

SingaporeThe location. Right next to water sport activities. Walking distance to dmall. Friendly staffs. Beach front hotel which you can just swim and enjoy the sea. Room is huge and spacious. They provide airport pick up with fee. Breakfast selection is good. We enjoyed the welcome drinks, the frozen ice tea. Overall value of money for this strategic location.

I liked their staff! They’re very friendly, accommodating and on point. The hotel is right in front of the speedboat floating dock so it’s very easy to just book for an activity and go!

United StatesNo elevator made it hard for my parents who are retired and disabled. You have to use your key card for the A/C unit and they only give you one. So, you have to ask to open your room if you need to get in and leave the card inside.
We enjoyed how you were steps from the beach and close to so many shops and restaurants. Great customer service and loved the free breakfast.
