Nothing really bad. The girl staff in charge could be a bit more friendly - more at the moody side these girls.

The room for a family is specious and good. The location is for people who like it more quiet. It is still in good walking distance to the beach and night market/ restaurants.

I think for a family is worth it, but for 2 people it was expensive - the bedroom was suitable for 4, so that would have make ense

Rooms are spacious and clean. Very cozy place where you feel like at home. Nice terrace, where you can work or chill. Although I didn’t use it, there is a swimming pool on site.

There was construction work occurring and we weren't informed. It was very noisy in the morning to wake up to. The owner was nice and gave us a free breakfast

Lovely place with lovely staff. The duplex apartment was beautiful, just like the photos and really special. The showers were great, hot and powerful. The beds were comfortable. There's a little pool and hot tub in the garden. Laundry service here was really good Really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again Food delivery is available from a local restaurant for breakfast The Internet was fantastic

When we arrived our room was cleaned and ready but if we wanted to check in before 2 pm there was an additinal charge… that was a bit weird sinde the room was already ready.

we know when we booked that this is not a beachfront property, thought it was just a 2-3 min walk..it is quite a long walk to the beach area.

We had some problems with the pressure of the water in our shower, but as soon as we asked for help- it was fixed. The road to the hotel is a bit bumpy and about 5 minutes walk from the main road.

We really loved our stay at Royal suites. It’s a new hotel and we got a really big and spacious 2 floors room with amazing views on the fields and the pool. The pool was great. But the most amazing part was the staff at the hotel, that was really helpful and nice. The owner of the hotel is a great person that really cares for his guests wellbeing and does all he can do to help them and make them feel good.. We really recommend this place.

the beds were super uncomfortable and you are only given a sheet with no extra bedding, one of our toilets was clogged and they couldn’t unclog it

Room where very nice, best hotel in Port Barton my opinion. Staff was very nice we had a fever the last days and where there for us to help us with our needs, event the owner got involved and helped us. Would greatly recommend it !

it’s far from the beach and the street going to the property was rough road and bumpy no street light, other than that we really like and enjoyed the accommodation. The owner explained they just started to operate few months ago and they’re planning to develop, expand and buy right of way so they can fix the road and add street lights.

The place is very clean and serene, staffs are courteous and very professional. The manager and owner were very accommodating and down to earth.
