they could have provided robes and sleepers, considering the floor was cold. i had to ask for a robe as it is not readily available in the room. a vanity mirror in the room also would be good so you will not stay in the bathroom when you put make-up on.

Wi-Fi/Internet problem while in stay

The wifi connection was super slow. I would check in somewhere else in Tagaytay for a better view and better internet connection. The Smart TV was unable to connect to the hotel's own wifi. There were no utensils in the room. Spare pillow was available but it didn't have a pillow case. For it's price, i would've expected a more accommodating staff. You'll have to pay extra for a bucket of ice which is free in most hotels. There's no bath robe but the pool was functional. Also no slip ons provided. There's no complimentary coffee or tea inside the room.

Location was near the mall in Serin but I would recommend to drop by the mall first before going to the hotel to save time because it is on the way. The bed and pillows were comfy enough and the aircondition worked fine. The rooms has its own balcony. Free complimentary breakfast. Blow dryer is available inside the restroom which has a well functioning hot and cold bath. Room service for meals from Dekada restaurant is available only until 9pm. They said there's a corkage if you bring outside food which is absurd.

1. Heater was not working though we reported it twice. For the 3 days stay, it didn't work at all. Technician said he will check on their main switch but still it wasn't working. Pretty cold after swimming in the pool. 2. Breakfast buffet didn't have much choices, also restaurant was packed and small. 3. Gameroom only had billiard table, if it was bigger/more choices would have been great. They could have separated the gameroom and gym. 4. We found some candy under the sofa and charger - which means it wasn't cleaned properly prior.

I love the overall place, ambiance, pool, room was spacious. Yellowtown cafe was also great. Though I was misinformed about the registration during Easter Sunday, the manager was able to help us out. The employees assumed I had the reservation on the event so they said Sunday is when I can register. They could have asked if i had a reservation (which I could have paid Friday - 2 days prior the event). We were told that no slots were available but good thing, on the day of the event, the manager confirmed our kids can join and they were happy.

I think it's a room for 4 occupants but was just provided with two cups when we arrived. And there's only 1 chair , probably better if two chairs per room aside we from the 2 rattan chairs outside .
