No hot water for showering (but good thing the weather is fine so this wasn’t an issue during our stay) Absence if TV aerial. ( netflix and youtube is still fine) Drinking Water not refilled. ( tho the owner explained they unfortunately can provide a refill due to outbreak)

Noises of barking dogs from neighbors living nearby. Also, noises coming from other checked-in visitors especially at midnight.

It's a great place and it's really near the city center. Near the Church ,SM and near the session road. Ang almost walking distance to nearby tourist attractions. Also near Ililikha. The place is really clean and has so many cozy vibes. .

Everything was good, but the big red tub in the shower was a little restrictive when you wanted to shower. But I understand the reason why it was there.

Great for our perfect Valentine's Day .Very good location, Had everything necessary in the room. Plenty of cooking facilities, good choice of television channels, both Filipino and International. Plenty of storage spaces and comfortable beds. The host was quick to respond to any questions, staff were pleasant and polite. Would also like to thank them for quickly contacting me after I left my wallet under one of the shelves, silly me!

There's nothing we did not like during the stay.

We were able to cook our own breakfast, room was quiet and peaceful. The owner was friendly and very hospitable. Everything was cool. I particularly liked that the location is so close to the mall, church, and so many places to eat.

We only have 2 issues; 1) WiFi connection is unsettled. On and off. It's quite inconvenient. 2) Clogging and flooding happen in the shower area. The water doesn't drain smoothly. Its quite challenging for a family to maximize it.

Minimalist and cozy studio apartment. The property is clean and everything we need is provided. Very accessible to all the areas and good value for money.

Stayed in baguio for 3D2N with my sister and nephew. The location of the unit was very convenient since it was situated on the center of the city. Walking distance from Burnham, baguio cathedral and sm baguio. The price of the unit was worth it since they have complete kitchenwares, ref, microwave, rice cooker and even water dispenser. You can do your cooking on the unit if you are on a budget. The owner is very nice and approachable, she always answers our queries. We will definitely stay here when we get back to baguio.

Location is pretty good with laundry, restaurant, minimart just next to the building. Pretty close to session road and SM as well. The internet is as well stable for work at home set up.
