Location of the hotel is right in the center of El Nido town. Did not need to walk far to find a decent bar or restaurant. Breakfast was ordered the night before and served in the room at a time of your choosing. We had two room, so we'd all get together outside to enjoy our breakfast together. Most was Filipino style food, but there are a few other options for those with different tastes.

We stayed in a loft room and there were loud noises on the roof whenever a calamansi fell from the tree above. Once we realized what it was it wasn't as annoying.

The rooms were very comfortable, the staff was super nice and accommodating and breakfast was good. They even accommodated to us by providing breakfast to go since we had to leave at 5am. We slept well. Did not hear any noises from the town. The decoration was very thoughtful.

Cons: * we suspect there was mould in the room (maybe the AC)? we had an allergic reaction each night. * the floor didn't seem like it was cleaned very well - thankfully, they cleaned it again when we asked * none of the typical amenities available when requested (slippers due to the dirty floor / toothbrush and toothpaste). not a huge issue but would have been nice for the price. * shower pressure is pretty non-existent and there was an odd smell when we turned on the shower (not sure if coming from the water itself or the drain) I wouldn't recommend this to anyone with accessibility issues - the stairs going up to the rooms were extremely steep. Not an issue for us, but something to be aware of.

Pros: * Our booking included free breakfast. This was delicious (actually nicer than the other restaurants in the area we tried for dinner). * Great vibe. Space is comfy, large, modern and stylish. The small touches (lamps, soft lighting, cushions) added to lovely ambiance. * location is superrr convenient espeically if you're going on daily tours. Just a few mins walk to the beach. We felt very safe staying here. * the girl working at reception was super helpful and kind :) she helped us organise a ride to the airport and gave lots of handy recommendations :) thank you

Wifi not great. There were a lot of Wifi options but none of them provided great connection... Communication with the staff in English was not good and lead to an issue with our transportation. Days before our stay at SANSE we contacted the hotel through booking chat with a question about organizing a transfer for us on our last day. It took several messages and explanations for us to get it organized. We needed a transfer from the hotel to Puerto Princesa in the early morning of our last day. After confirming again twice again during our stay, we were picked up at 4am by a driver who wanted to bring us to El Nido Airport. After explaining that we needed to go to Puerto Princesa this seemed to be a big issue and no one was aware (even though we confirmed it multiple times at the reception of the hotel). We were then driven to the drivers office and had to wait for one of the drivers to bring us to the airport (there was a lot of discussion about this). We lost a decent amount of time due to this. Afterwards we also had to explain that we already payed the full amount for our transfer in cash to the hotel.

Room was spacious and clean. There are several breakfast options that are delivered to your room. Located in the middle of El Nido Center. Hence close to the port and all the bars/restaurant.

Not much sound insulation so you hear the noise from the nearby basketball court which could get really noisy

The room is not soundproof, can easily hear outside noises. There is no safe to store your valuables in the room. Could use a cabinet or shelf to store and hang clothes.

Good location, near everything. Room is spacious and bed is comfy. Bathroom is a great design that makes you feel outside without being outside. Breakfast was good and served promptly.

Someone from the staff opened our rooms door with a key at about 6 am in the morning and had a look inside. Probably just to check if we are home but that was a bit awkward

Hence the location being great, it’s noisy. If you are a light sleeper you will have troubles with the karaoke penetrating your walls. I didn’t really mind so no troubles for me.

You order your breakfast the day before. Request a time of your choosing and it’s delivered on time and is delicious. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. The bed was the best I had in all my travels in Asia (softer version). Great location just in the heart of El Nido town.

Nothing. It is just to mention that the hotel is very centrally located and sometimes you get the people from karaoke bar. So for people who really want to have a quiet place I would recommend an accommodation which is not directly in the center of El Nido.

Very central hotel with modern rooms. Our room was big and we had a small private patio for us where we got our breakfast in the morning. The bed was very Congo and the room was clean. I felt bad on the last day of our stay and the people there really did all to help me, went to pharmacy and brought me some medicine which helps.

Everything was amazing, but bring ear plugs for noisier weekend nights. Providing beach towels would also be nice.

A great value for money stay in central El Nido. The staff were helpful, breakfast delivered to the room were amazing, and the tours booked through the hotel with Leatherback tours were great. We were on our honeymoon and this was a great stay.
