If you are travelling with family and are located in different floors, the keycards provided unfortunately doesn't let you go on other floors except for the one where your room is located.

Overall, our stay at the Savoy Mactan Hotel was pleasant. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were clean.

The beach is about 8 minute walk from the hotel. Quite pricey. Needs to improve toiletries.

The staff are friendly and accommodating to guests. The place is near a grocery and restaurants. Breakfast was okay. Room was pretty clean.

The bathroom smelled like sewage. There could have been more towels. The air conditioner blows on the second bed, but it's hot without the air conditioner.

We encountered a little noise from other apartments but not too much. Also our TV remote would turn off the SKY signal box that would control the channels, but we were unable to turn off the TV itself without turning it off at the wall socket.

The location of the hotel was good and was in a reasonably good part of town (Newtown) which had many options in terms of restaurants, food, shops etc. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of variety in the food available. We also visited the Mactan Newtown beach (free shuttle from the hotel lobby) which was rather nice for swimming and relaxing.

The room we occupy is small ..on our first day , the towel they put on the shower/toilet room is dirty. The pillows are very uncomfortable, there is only one small blanket to use for two people, requested for another blanket as well as the towel on the first day , they brought the towel the next day late in the afternoon this is after telling the housekeeper that we have been requesting since the day 1, blanket did not arrive at all until we checkout ,

The bedsheet and pillows got stains. I could not connect the Netflix and YouTube to the TV. Noises from the other rooms can be heard.

Their breakfast has a wide variety of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room is big. The location is close to Mactan Shrine, beach, 7/11, restaurants, etc

The bed under. Too dirty and many dust 🤧 there is some stick of metal under my bed. And it seems that they don't clean it properly...

I like the bed but the toilet is too small. Difficult to move in the corner area and didn't minimize it properly and the interior cotnruct

I like the brewed coffee being served and I recommend it to be maintained, but endeavor to serve a better quality of coffee whenever possible.

I love fresh fruits and vegetables and I recommend serving more varieties of choices during breakfast buffet.

A little noisy, average view and both Room Cleans that were booked failed to happen, resulting in odd-time clean & multiple calls for supplies - the hotel was at 100% capacity though. Bed was creaky.

Nice hotel in the developing Mactown-Newtown area with ideal access to airport for reasonably quick transport time to airport. Staff are excellent as usual. Good facilities at the hotel but a little noisy due to ongoing construction in the area, but it's a nice location. The beach which is a short distance is very nice & you could easily spend the day there. Breakfast buffet good enough & an ideal way to start the day.
