The bathroom inside the room is dirty and plenty molds in the wall. Disappointed because we have to pay the swimming pool use.

It needs TLC just to let you know. The shower wasn’t working in the other room. We had to use timba. The toilet bowl was leaking on the floor which was unhygienic. The other room’s shower doesn’t close so water sprays all over and ends up wetting the floor making it unsafe/unclean to walk on to. This information is for improvement only if taken in. But thank you for accommodating my family.

Easy access for dining and shopping and reasonably quiet. It’s convenient travel from the airport.

Having to get buzzed in by the security guards, but the property manager helped overcome that hurdle. Security guards were not friendly Learning after we booked that we had to pay to use the pool. That did not matter as the pools required cleaning.

Lack of communication from the staff/owner. The place was clean but not the acceptable clean like the other units we have been into. The floor seems to have not been maintained/mopped. It was sticky. There are no rugs, no dustpan. The cabinet door is stuck There are no tissues and slippers in the bathroom The chairs outside were broken. There are no kitchen towels

The host tried to get more money from us. We came at 9pm and the check in time accrdg to their website was until 11pm. He asked for us to pay 300 pesos for late check in. He said the check in time was only til 8pm. Then we waited for an hour in the lobby for him to let us in in our room. He didn't show himself. He only communicate thru the lobby guard.

- The unit still use windows-type Aircon, which is noisy. Owner can invest little bit to install split AC - The internet connection is terrible and almost cannot be used, if front door is closed. - No soap or shampoo provided, so guest must bring their own soap and shampoo - No Television on the room, which is very bad - No cups, only one glass. No plate and spoons. - Cheap towel material - No proper table to eat or to work

The location is near Mall of Asia, and the condo has swimming pool to enjoy.

I need to call someone for so many times just to collect the property keys. Only to find out that he was the owner and somebody will assist us. Need to improve proper communication within the owners/staff especially to the guests. I was called so many times to confirm my booking and if I have settled the security deposit. Emailed them twice and even texted the confirmation and the guests details.

Location is great, very near to the event place we have to attend to. There are lots of convenience store nearby and foods and drinks for your cravings.

The rooms are very bad... furnitures are dated and broken...mattresses are moldy...a lot of things are missing but available in the room description online..the host scammed us for swim vouchers when it's actually free to use..He's not responsive at all and gave us a filthy room,it's dusty it's ugly..dirty....so people ..I'm begging you not to rent these apartments you will regret it..they have to take care of their rooms ready for use,their standard of cleanliness is very poor..rooms are not well kept and maintained..never ever again will stay in this place it's not worth your money..500 pesos should be the price for overnight..esp. room 1419..worst room I've ever seen..it looks like a storage unit with a heavy box on top of cabinet ready to hurt someone when it falls...the owner should hire a better host..he kept ignoring my requests and queries...I could go on with my complaints but I end it here as It's so disappointing.

Swimming is ok but we shouldn't pay a fee for each person..it.should be included in the total room price which is not worth it at all

Rooms were small. And dirty. Cockroaches inside the room. Booking.com states that i paid for condo which fits up to 14 people but only given two rooms and one room only fits 4 people. I ended up paying more for additional rooms.

Super dirty. Toilet seat would not stay up, creating awkward restroom experience. Active water leaks in both rooms we stayed in. Strong smell of mold. Property was advertised as having a clothes washing machine in the room. It had the washer, but it did not work. By the time we got anyone to address the issue, we did not have time to air dry our clothes before we had to leave. The bathroom was very dirty - shower looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time. The sponge provided in the kitchen had hairs all over it. The slide lock on the door was totally useless - see the picture. The directions to the property were very confusing for the cab drivers - we ended up going to the wrong building at first. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Close to Mall of Asia. That is about all we liked.
