Please deep clean the bathroom

The place badly needs curtains as the light is way too disruptive for sleep 😭 the aircon is also way too noisy, but it’s too hot without it on.

Close to airport, clean and well furnished. Netflix was a plus. Check in was easy too.

Near Mactan airport and restaurants within the area is available (Starbucks,Chickaan, Rico's lechon and others) walking distance to Island City Mall host is very accomodating and responds well

Definitely not appropriate for 3 people, the small bed was tiny and the mattress kept falling onto the floor in the middle of the night. The washing machine didn’t work. Pool wasn’t open.

Very comfortable main bed. Host very responsive. Close to airport. Able to walk to local shopping centre and lots of food options close by.

The bed sheet has a stain on it. The owner is kind to call the cleaner and change it but I hope next time the cleaner will introduce herself. She was silent and has attitude. She seems so upset that she needs to come and change the bed sheet. We find her rude that even saying hi or hello and thank you was never spoken considering its 9 going 10pm already. The shower also is not functioning. The toilet has a bad smell.

It was a bit noisy in our floor because construction was still ongoing. AC a bit slow to cool the room.

Unfortunately we couldn’t get the washing machine to work properly. Also after a blackout the staff couldn’t get the lift operating so we needed to climb the 7 stories with groceries :(. This was just an anomaly but frustrating at the time.

The location was very convenient to the airport and some local restaurants. Ideal for a short stay.

The washer machine broke. Nobody's fault but had to use a laundrette. The owner tried her best to resolve the problem. Can't fault her.

Not as advertised. We stayed here as had an early morning flight the next day and we planned to order a takeaway and watch a film the night before in a comfortable setting. It’s listed as having a living room, separate bedroom and a sofa-bed. It’s one room with a small table and chairs next to the bed with the kitchen area round the corner, with no sofa-bed. There is a travel bed tucked away which certainly cannot be advertised as a sofa. The aircon was very noisy and not effective unless standing directly underneath it. It was fine for our purposes and would have been happy if it was advertised as a studio but I feel it was oversold as having multiple rooms which is why the star deduction. If we were staying more than 1 night we would have cancelled the following nights.

Good location to the airport. Nice view from balcony. The bed was comfortable.

The shower pressure wasn’t the best could be a little stronger.

Amazing location near the airport, staff were really helpful and friendly and the residences were super clean with the comfiest bed I’ve slept in. AC was great and overall had a wonderful stay.

Very cozy. Comfortable bed. Easy check in and out. host is responsive. Very secure place. Quite and very tidy room. I check in at 11am without a charge and I check out 5am because i have early flight. Closest place to the Mactan Airport.

Cons: noisy, no curtains to darken the room to sleep so even if you can ignore the roosters the sun is blazing into the room, neighbors (in the condo) dog barks and whines all night, roosters start crowing at 5 am, no bidet hose, never cleaning when we were there, trash cans are the smallest I have ever seen, no direction where to put garbage so it just piled up.

Pros: clean, good water pressure and hot water, comfortable bed, WI-FI good, view

Lovely cosy apartment for our over night flight in Cebu. Great location as it wasn’t too far from the airport. There was a lovely Italian located near the apartment too.

We stayed here for one night as we travelled from Bohol to get a flight to Boracay. This place was so good! So clean, Wi-Fi was strong, bed was dreamy, had a little balcony overlooking the city and a really well kitted out kitchen. Close to shops, restaurants and most importantly for us the airport. Thank you for very comfortable overnight stay! Would recommend this place if your in this part of Cebu!

The check-in process for us was a nightmare. Check-in starts at 2PM but when we got to our accomodation at around 4PM, the owner had still not sent the security code to our room. We attempted to contact the owner multiple times in multiple ways, but the owner did not answer any of our calls. We ended up having to leave our bags with reception for a fee and we waited at a mall instead. The code finally arrived after 2 hours at around 6PM with the owner implying that booking.com had prevented her messages being sent through. The room was also not in the best shape. The aircon had a funny smell when we turned it on and the extra bed was extremely uncomfortable. The extra cushions helped but that too had a foul smell. The bathroom floors also weren’t properly cleaned, and despite paying the rate for three adults to stay in the room, there were only two towels, two bottled water etc. We had high hopes for this accomodation given the good reviews it had prior to our stay. It is unfortunate that the check in process was so poorly organised and disappointing that the room was not in the state that was expected. We hope this does not happen again to any traveller

Location of the property was convenient, being very close to Mactan international airport. It also felt very safe as there was security at the gate the whole time. The receptionists and staff within the complex were extremely kind and helpful with our situation

Closest condo from the airport. We had a late arrival in Mactan Airport so we had a late check in. Reception is 24hours open. So easy check in and keyless door. Host make sure everything is fine. Very comfortable bed.
