Great breakfast, superb location, connected to a shopping mall, helpful staff especially Mr. Salmy! Spacious room with all the needs. Easy access to tourist place in the city. Overall worth the money to stay here.

Certain fruits, like mangoosteen not allowed in the room. I had to speak to the duty manager to better explain the rationale behind. Eventually, it was delivered to our room. The hotel explained their side, I explained my side. So a compromise was reached! I stayed in the 1 BR apartment, with kitchenette, dining and living room, Please do include, mopping on the tiled floor (I had to personally ask the front desk to do this, was rather actioned after 4hrs!), dirt marks are quite visible on the white tiles after I return from a day out. Vacuum cleaning is essential too, I find broom mop not enough, I had to ask again for housekeeping to redo their broom mopping!

Location was ideal. Lots of eating options, cafes and restaurants. Shopping for essentials, groceries very convenient. Because it is located in IT PARK, the place lits up at night! Restaurant staff at Misto - thank you Raymart, Alexis and Kingswell for your professional service during breakfast, of my 8 days stay.Well deserving to mention. Also to the housekeeping staff, assigned to my room, always happy to assist me.

The roof bar is a great location, however the noise level is really terrible. Makes the experience very uncomfortable. I would not recommend anyone visit.

They don’t have shower caps. I asked for one and tje housekeeping said they don’t have them. The breakfast buffet had a good selection but because the hotel is so busy they need to do better in refilling the food at the breakfast buffet. What i did was go there as soon as they open the breakfast but then the eggs weren’t ready as well.

It is located in a busy I.T area.. You can here the traffic outside from the room. We were on the 12th floor.

The staff at the Seda were very helpful & easygoing. The rom was pretty Good. Comfortable beds. We had our 12 year daughter with us & she needed a bed. We asked for another bed & Within 15 minutes after asking the staff brought up a fold up bed. The Seda has a Good roof top pool & has plenty of restaurants & cafes nearby. Within a 5 minute walk.

This hotel was amazing ,but it was noisy until 2 every night. Because there was band shows near the hotel. I recommend to bring earplugs for noise.

I stayed at apartment type so included kitchen ,laundry , and dinning room. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The bar across the road had live band every single night and we could hear the loud noise of the live music and singing from the 9th floor of the hotel. Does the city not have noise control regulations? Also, my mom’s room was too hot she couldn’t sleep, aircon wouldn’t go any cooler. The wifi wasn’t that fast.

Convenient, attached to a mall. Pool was nice. Breakfast had great selection. Our toilet had a weight scale. Our room had great view. The check out was smooth.

A bit noisy from the live bands across the street at the Social Bar every night.
