We were contacted by the hotel prior to our arrival to arrange the transfer from Puerto Princesa's Airport to El Nido. However, despite replying we would in fact need a transfer, our messages were completely ignored by the hotel.

The pool side and the beach are fantastic.

- very far from the jump off point of all the tours, P1000 for a one-way van transfer or P300 for a tricycle - sofa is wet when we checked in - no bathtub given its price point or a coffee machine - no ramp for wheelchair/strollers except the one going to the reception

- beachfront - big pool - playground - quiet place to relax - nearby restaurants - helpful staff

Please add more water activities. there was only 1 paddle board and limited single kayaks.

i didnt like because its too far, from the Puerto Princesa airport. im shocked about my journey to come there.Its been 6 hours drive from PPS airport.Whoa…..😝😜

Very minor thing, sometimes the bikes weren't available.

The location is great, it's on the beautiful Lio beach! the sunset is breathtaking and you can do lot's of water activities. The rooms are great, beds are comfy, the washrooms are well kept and clean. The breakfast was good, could differently add more variety food and coffee. The pool was great, I went swimming almost everyday during my stay. The Staff are friendly, and always ready to help. They have helped us thoroughly, starting from the airport pickup till our last day and the airport drop off. If I remember correctly, I would love to thank especially mr. Nathaniel who assisted us till the very end when were dropping our luggage at the airport!

Too much stairs so if you have seniors that have a hard time walking book somewhere down stairs, but then its manageable in a way. :)

Loved the food options those were very good and the even have pica pica buffet which is good. :) Breakfast was good as well you have different choices. The rooms where very near each other since I requested it. :) Staff are very friendly. :) Food is reasonably price and rooms a re quite spacious. :)

They had issues during check-in and a lot of guests (including us) were made to wait for hours, some until late afternoon to check into their rooms. We found out later on that they allowed previous guests to check out late, way beyond the maximum time and this affected their ability to check in new guests on time. Since they were understaffed at the time, everything took longer than usual. Poor front desk management.

Great facilities - the suites and rooms + swimming pools + restaurant and bar + kayak and SUP. Very nice, long private white sand beach with a stunning view. Family friendly. Great restaurants within walking distance along the beach. Fantastic access to nature and outdoor activities and tours. Within 5 minutes of the airport. Helpful lifeguard and beach staff.

They lacked variety for their food, snacks, and drinks. They were understaffed, particularly in the game room and spa area since they didn't have a receptionist.

They were understaffed, and in-room service was often slow to arrive. Despite that, the staff made up for it as they were very accomodating and willing to serve their guests, making you feel very welcomed during your stay. The location was very convenient as it was near the town and airport. The proximity of their pool, bars, and beachfront was great as well.

Pool wasn't well cleaned and maintained. Room smells dusty although it looks clean. Maybe our room wasn't used for a long time, the reason why it smells dusty..

We had a hard time communicating with the staff because they don't answer the phone right away. 3days before our stay, I was trying to reach them to arrange our van transfer but nobody answered every time we called for 3days. We ended up booking outside van transfer. Also, it took them more than an hour to prepare our snack. If my husband didn't go to the pool bar to follow it up, they won't even remember that we ordered something.

The place is very clean and has nice facilities. Good food especially when I booked their dinner by the beach. The food was awesome.

big resort. more walking, the beach we did not swim, but the shoreline is line and even the view. breakfast is nice also, we use their gym thumbs up . their swimming is huge, we dont smell cholorine at all.

I'm not sure if this is all time or just at the moment as the country is still opening up post covid but the restaurant only did a buffet in the evenings which lots of people did est at but we personally prefer an al a cart menu. Lots of nice restaurants a short walk away down the beach path though so didn't affect the stay in any way. Felt sometimes the main pool could do with someone more frequently cleaning the pool to get rid of the leaves etc. But overall a lovely stay- would stay again.

Beautiful setting, felt very peaceful. Excellent breakfast. Facilities were lovely with lots of sunbeds. Nice pool bar, felt the food and cocktails were very reasonably priced- all day 241 on cocktails! Lunch was al la cart and lots of choice- food was really nice. Often had a saxophonist on at night in the bar which was lovely. Can organise trips at reception. Beach is nice and the sunset is beautiful. Staff were very polite and helpful.
