Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBreakfast arrangements were a little chaotic, due to the large number of guests, and having to wait for coffee to be brought to you doesn't really work. Otherwise breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. The hotel offers an airport shuttle pick-up, but didn't reply to my enquiry. On arrival, assuming it may have been arranged, I contacted the hotel from the airport, and it was provided, but at a cost I would not have paid had I known in advance - more expensive than London ! I made arrangements for an extra guest in one of the rooms I had booked. I cancelled the breakfast on one day and was told that billing would be adjusted accordingly, but this wasn't done, and only discovered after the final invoice was provided after checkout. None of the above changes my opinion that Seda is an attractive hotel and offers good value.
I chose this hotel for convenience to the airport and value for money. It scores well on both these measures. Our room was comfortable and well-serviced. Staff are efficient and polite, and I would like to thank Rose-Ann in particular for her efforts to help me when I tried to contact my bank overseas.

United StatesThe Seda Manila Bay was very nice...the staff was very helpful with taxis and other local suggestions and the hotel is right next door to the Ayala mall which was very convenient. The pool was also very nice with an area for kids and a separate area for adults. Finally, the hotel was two miles from the airport which was also very convenient. I would definitely suggest this hotel for future visits due to the location and helpful staff

PolandThe pool wasnt secured enough, I didnt see an underwater step and hit my leg... The breakfast is too crowded, they run out of bowls. During Easter they opened an other buffet on lever 4 in the conference rooms.
The hotel is new and very family oriented. Nice pool, however some edges and steps should be secured more! Nice rooftop bar too. The lounge in level 11 is amazing :)
