A bit disappointed that when we got in the room after a big day outside, it wasnt made up.

Staff are excellent, very courteous, helpful and welcoming. Love the facilities and the surrounds are very well maintained. Pool area is very nice. Good coffee and breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

Buffet breakfast selection. They have breads, spreads, cheese, fruits and egg station - these are good. However, the main viands are just corned beef and smoked bangus. Hopefully this improves soon.

Great location for family! Great selection of places to dine and meet friends. All good places is within walking distance. I've had a good experience checking in - customer service at its finest. I did not capture the name of the 2 gentlemen at the reception - our check in/checkout experience was stressfree and effortless! The service at Misto is good too. Very attentive crew!

No room service and because of the flight schedule I always arrive there late so I am looking for a snack and a drink with no room service and no place with in walking distance to eat there is not much you can do except wait for the breakfast buffet.

Nice place good location good service for pick up at the airport and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

We were supposed to check in at 2 but an hour passed before we can even go up the room. Checkout time is not adjusted. The person on the front desk should also be careful with the information because he asked me and my wife about a different card he thought we used to book, while it is in the record that we used the same card we showed him. Maybe that’s why they’re quite inefficient in checking in and out. If you’d change the process or person in front (the one in the small table who checks everything who should delegate to the rest of those in front of the counter) then the check in and check out time could be better. The hotel also needs a little thorough, deep cleaning with couches and carpets. It looks a bit dated.

The people were great, and everything you expect is there. They grant every little request and were above and beyond. I asked for a welcome note to my wife and they gave a tiny cake with it. The pools are nice. Breakfast is also good.

I lreally enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. Restaurants are nearby if you prefer to eat outside. The breakfast was great and my daughter enjoyed the pool.

well, as an in house guest you assume that for dinner you can have a place in the restaurant. Fact is all has to be reserved on forehand since nobody tells you we came in on a Friday morning, had a great brunch , in the afternoon around 16:00 we asked for a reservation in our hotel they simply tell you , it’s fully booked, so you are forced to eat outside strange thing for me is, that the hotel should have mentioned it

Aircon in the room is not that cold as it seems to be centrally controlled or automated. Room needs extra lighting as it is quite dark inside especially in the evening.

Breakfast buffet has a lot of choices and food spread and presentation is very well done. The premiere double room is spacious enough for 2 and it can even accommodate up to 4 heads. Room is clean and well furbished. New towels were provided and bathroom is sparkling clean.

I would be nitpicking here but.. the wifi could be a little bit faster but it's okay. The other thing is the air condition in our room seems to be uncontrollable. We tried everything with the air condition remote but the temperature just keeps dropping. Feels like the air condition was stuck at the coldest possible temperature. It's not freezing cold but we definitely prefer if we could turn it up a few degrees.

We liked the comfortable bed, clean pool, and delicious breakfast buffet. Misto restaurant has a great vibe. All the staff were friendly and very accommodating. The location is also great as it is walking distance to Landmark which has a lot of establishments.
