Nothing. Everything was great.

The staff were fantastic and couldn't help us enough. It felt like a home away from home when we stayed for the second time at the end of our trip. The facilities were great - lovely pool. Breakfast was amazing and great value for money. It is in the business district which is perfect for cheap taxi's to whereever you want to go and is quieter at night. There were still plenty of things to see in the surrounding area though.

Washing machine in the bathroom was very noisy, almost like a bearing inside is starting to go bad

Breakfast was fantastic, The staff at the dining area were always pleasant and always greet me with a smile, the apartment was excellent, living area was very large and comfortable, dining area was nice, kitchen facilities were excellent

The way they were taking deposits for the stay. They had my credit card at check in and could have just charged the total cost upfront like other hotels. I found this confusing.

The place actually looks better than the pictures. It was spacious and the bed and pillows were great. I like that we were able to wash some of our clothes too. Nice view from the room. The staff were also helpful.

It was a bad timing during my stay as the swimming pool was closed for maintenance.

The breakfast on the roof deck level was exceptional. We greatly enjoyed the views, the food, and the friendly staff! Our room was great. We had a two bedroom apartment, which was perfect because we had family who visited for a few hours one of the days and we needed that extra kitchen/living room space.

The location is a very area of Makati and can be noisy with the traffic.

The pleasant and hospitable staff from the guard, concierge, housekeeping, and breakfast room staff . Special mention to Bianca and team, and our cleaners, Randell and Marjorie, who made us welcome and looked after us well.

If there's one thing that may be looked into, maybe the hotel can look into making the pool heated. Or have a heated jacuzzi, because the water in the pool tends to get too cold in the afternoon. A minor matter that didn't affect our pleasant staycation. We still enjoyed it, and will definitely return! :)

Almost everything! From the check-in to the parking validation, the location, the breakfast buffet, our room, etc! Will definitely go back here!

Just one experience when I booked a room service massage treatment, waited for 1.5 hours and was very tired and sleepy to keep my head up. I called to find out that it wasn't book at all and I was waiting for nothing. That kind if ruined my night and could have been perfect without it.

Everything and Everyone Accommodation: It was spacious and amenities were well maintained. Staff: Everyone made our stayed memorable and very helpful even when we needed to rent a cab or grab car. Location and Amenities: There are alot of restaurants and cafes at the ground floor since it is connected to mall. The pool area was open (not indoor) and offered a great view of the Makati CBD. If you are a balikbayan and looking for a premium place to stay in Ayala area without the premium price and don't bother walking about 20-30 mins to Greenbelt, Glorietta (we had kids with us) then I highly recommend this place. The breakfast buffet spread is well thought of - catering to both balikbayan's palette (think of okra, tuyo,amplaya, danggit, pandesal, taho, etc.) and foreigner's continental taste and also they change their menu daily so we look forward to eating every day. We honestly considered staying in Discovery Primea because of its location but decided to stay in Seda when we finalised our itinerary and realised we only had a day to spend in Greenbelt so we didn't mind the walk. We stayed for 4 days and didn't want to leave and transfer hotel. The photos matched the hotel itself in real life. And I am saying this because we experienced a hotel claiming 4 stars and it was false advertisement.
