Wifi speed in the room could be better, we could only access high speed wifi on the balcony or at the front desk floor.

It didn't bother us, but bring ear plugs for the cockerels / building work near to the hotel - manual not machine labour - and an eye mask if you don't want the sun to wake you!

Lovely hotel nestled off a relatively quiet street. The pool was a little oasis and the breakfast was amazing!! We really appreciated the free shuttle to 'town' and the staff were so lovely and welcoming

The bathroom sink hand't enough pressure for face wash and brushing teeth. Also in there were stray dogs in the hotel area and in the kitchen.

The staff was kind with instant service, always smiling, happy and helpful. The pool was good and clean but little small.There was a guard 24/7 and we had a free transform in town restaurantsand bars.

The location is in a quite remote location, hard to find when driving and a bit of a rough road going there. We arrived in the evening, it was a bit dark and we almost missed the turn going to the hotel.

The staff are really nice and very helpful. Room was large enough for me and my family and it has a balcony overlooking the pool. Pool was nice, good for a morning swim after going to the beach. There are restaurants nearby, a few street away from the hotel.

Great location as only 5 minutes from the beach front, where we were able to snorkel and see the turtles! The hotel had a lovely pool and the room was clean and spacious. Would recommend for your stay in Moalboal!

They were not flexible to let us do a late checkout of at least 1 hour. I requested to have a late check out because we arrived very late in the night. They said they have a fee of 500 pesos per hour to extend!

Cleanliness could be better, I think the room was a little bit overpriced. Location is not good but it is not a problem since there is a free tuk tuk service to the main road that covers most part of the day.

Fantastic, modern, clean property with great air con, comfortable beds and clean facilities. The taxi service too and from the nearby strip also made things very easy! Recommend.

Was surprised the room did not have a television which would have been nice to have even without cable TV to be able to stream movie from phone to TV. No blow dryer in room though may have had one available on request.

I really liked the comfortable king size bed. Room had large deck with hairs and a table that were great for watching the sunset. Rooms have modern newer mini split aircon. Liked having a corner room with natural light and ability to open windows and have nice breeze. Clean modern facilities.

SEDONA is about 5 minutes walk from the Sea. It is conveniently located. We rented scooters to easily get around, namely to reach some other beaches, and to ride to Kawasan Falls (WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!) in about 45 minutes ride at a safe pace.

What an oasis! The nicest hotel in moalboal. I stayed for a week while diving and will return. Huge rooms, comfy bed, lovely pool, 2 minute walk to downtown but away from the noise, very safe and secure, super friendly and helpful staff.

Really enjoyed staying here. Property was close to the main road where all the restaurants and bars are. They do provide a shuttle service in the evening which is a plus. Staff were super nice, organised tours and taxis when we needed. Facilities are nice and comfortable.

- very little shampoo and soap given - 1 pillow per person on the bed - 1 towel per person despite there being a pool - some staff just were not friendly. Felt like we were inconveniencing them being there

Good location; very near the beach; only few minutes walk;; we have seen sardines and turtles in the water. Few mins walk to restaurants, cafes. Very clean, comfortable. Good breakfast, good pool. Staff kind attentive.

Nothing really everything was great

Centrally located however, it is still nestled so that you do not hear the hustle and bustle of the city. The property is very well kept, and the staff is amazing.
