It was a very brief overnight stay; I didn't even have time to try the nice looking pool. I liked the simplicity, cleanliness and efficiency.

some staff talk really loudly and we can hear noises from upstairs but were quickly managed when we reported it. No strict rules on drying up after swimming for guests so the floor was always wet.

the room was really spacious and clean. The bathroom has a bathtub, with double vanity and was big. Staff is nice and accommodating.

The customer service person i spoke with over the phone told us that our room will be at the ground floor, but we ended up at the 3rd floor, the room at the 3rd floor was overall okay.. what disappointed me was the wrong set of expectations given to us.

Our original room had a faulty aircon. It was very hot and the bed was quite noisy. Good thing that the hotel allowed us to move rooms that's just next door :)

We loved the jet pool and the pool! The room was great and very spacious. We liked that there was a balcony available so we can dry our clothes. The location is perfect as well and is near must-eat spots in Clark!

Everything was good except for the part when we checked in at 2 p.m. which was the check in time on on our booking.com reservation but the staff at the front desk told us that check in time was at 3 p.m. and wanted to charge us an additional fee for early check in.

The bathroom was a bit dirty. We moved the bed to the wall since we have a toddler and the floor underneath was also dirty. We had to wait a while for housekeeping to come and clean everything up. They were very polite and apologetic though, and explained that they were adjusting to the holiday rush given the long drought of customers due to the pandemic. Overall it wasn't too much of an inconvenience and understandable given the challenges everyone is facing.

The location was very convenient and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and spacious, everything was still new/ well maintained. There was a good area for parking and the hotel did not feel congested even if there were a good number of guests.

Check-in time is 3 pm though they allowed me to check-in an hour earlier since there are no other occupants in the pods.

Very friendly staff, they always wear a pleasant smile whenever we approach them or when requesting for something.

Swimming pools occupy the central yard of the complex with a lap pool at the far end and a regular pool at the other. The latter gets noisy during the day as this is where families congregate with their kids and other guests. Not ideal for somebody seeking rest and solitude. Despite assurance from Booking.com, I wasn’t given the discounted rate when I checked in. Nor was I allowed free breakfast as indicated in my room rate page. The front desk clerk advised they have never given free breakfasts to anybody who used travel aggregators like Booking.com, Expedia, Travel Advisor and the like. That was their company policy they said. Clearly a case of false advertising. This property should never have gone into your list of affiliated hotels given the fact they will not provide what you have committed to your customers. Woke up with a swarm of small red ants wrapped around a couple of lollies I left on my night stand. Painstakingly followed their origins only to realize they were all over the floor.

Though getting to the hotel was not as straightforward as I expected, the location afforded a semblance of privacy as it is not hemmed in by tall buildings. Lots of greenery as well.

There are ants all around the place, and when it's nighttime, there are some frogs running around, plus I hated that the pool closes at 8-9. Also, the complementary breakfast was 1 for each bed, which was absurd to me. They should fix that. How can you not give that too all the people in the room
