Hmmm.. the common C.R. It is it really clean and well maintained. There should be a person in charge to do the cleaning every 2-3 hours.

They have a dedicated two-way shuttle service from and to D mall. They have a friendly and polite hotel staff. It is affordable too.

Sometimes the service is late, especially on food, but tolerable. I hope they could add additional stalls for the toilet and bathroom for guests since this one is a shared facility for all staying in the area.

I loved that they have free shuttle services that bring you to the heart of the island. There is also a nearby beach, that needs a little bit of walking to reach, that is not too crowded if you're the introverted person. The cafe below has good servings of ready to order food.

very far from the main centre of the city, needed to get a trike. also the walk to the beach was quite long through lots of narrow dark streets. I probably wouldn’t recommend to backpackers as there didn’t seem to be any other backpackers there so made it harder to find people to make friends with, was mainly locals staying there. also not so nice coming back late at night after a night out as so far from centre. also lots of children running around, again not a problem but just not what a backpacker may want, but looked like a great place for locals or families!

staff were lovely & helpful. the rooms were kept tidy and clean, the bathrooms were clean I’d say 80% of the time! free beach towels which was helpful! also a singer in the evening in the outside area.

The bar staffs refusal to adapt the meals to my requests I wanted some bread with my French fries but they said they had none They then said I could order a club sandwich Does not that have bread This is just one example of 3 occasions that they refused my requests to vary the meal

Far from the city centre, but they do offer shuttles to and from for free. However, they're not very regular. Bathrooms was dirty, especially the showers.

Menu definitelyyy needs more variety. Mostly just pork and rice. Need some vegetarian/ fruit or something more healthy. Maybe staff could learn more about other transport options for guests such as hop on hop off bus. 4 or 5 of them at reception just giggling and couldn't help me work out the closest bus stop. Meaning I had to walk a couple of Km with heavy bags and ask locals.

Maybe some basic tissue in the CR would help? And yeah one drawback is it's kinda out of the beach area.

It's affordable for the cheap price. Not near the center but the shuttle service to station 2 is very helpful. The live band is cool too.

We used to stay at this place because we had a great time the last time we stayed in 2019, there were welcome drinks upon arrival that made us feel welcomed and the front desk personnel was accomodating. We had the room all for us, unlike now 😔. There's No elevator and the place is distant from the center. We decided to transfer to another hotel which has better facility (swimming pool, bigger room, hot/cold shower).
