- Air Conditioning on the top floor rooms is too weak. We were there on 27-30 degrees and it was hard to sleep in the rooms.

A TV in the room would be handy, only for the kids, but not a big deal. There were a few ants in the bathroom as well but that is common for island accommodation in the Philippines!

We really enjoyed our stay at Siargao Island Villas. The Villa was perfect for our family of five plus our nanny. I really liked how the room could be separated into two through the use of the partition. The beds were comfortable, air con worked well and the bathroom was spacious. I liked the amount of shade around the villa and the lush gardens which also added privacy. The food at the restaurant was good, the pool was nice and the beach off the back of the property was great for our kids. Free use of the paddle boards was also great. Location was convenient with easy access to other restaurants and shops. The tricycle ride to Cloud 9 and other areas was also easy. I would stay again.

Kids shouldnt be allowed in this resort as the pool can become very noisy and unpleasant with small child crying. Also, the music at breakfast with such a low bass is very bothering and should be changed to a lower volume and more melodic tunes.

The resort is smaller than you would expect but has everything you will require. The beach is not really usable as the tides go up and down and bring lots of seaweed into the bay, however the pool and the garden are perfect for relaxing.

I feel like the staff at checkin could improve by providing brief information on amenities that the resort offers such as yoga class (we had to go outside the resort for yoga lessons because we didn’t know the property offers it complimentary), SUP boards/surf boards, and possibly others we didn’t find out about during our stay? The spa air conditioner could be turned down a couple of notches. Not sure how anyone could be comfortable being almost naked in such a cold environment during a supposedly relaxing time? I was cold the whole time and decided against getting a body scrub the next day because I could just imagine how cold it would be. Also, the spa area honestly looked like an office space quickly converted into a spa using curtains. I expected something better from a resort like this.

We loved the pool and the breakfast. Our room was spacious and was very satisfied with the cleaning each time.

The water pressure of the shower was a bit low but we are used to it from the Philippines.

It was the perfect location to discover Siargao. Nice rooms and such a peaceful area within the hotel. Dreamy view from the very spacious pool. We even got a welcome gift and the staff was always very friendly and attentive. We would come back.

Breakfast was Indonesian cuisine with limited international options. There were a lot of power outage in the evening / night. When that occurs an emergency light turns on at tonight with a loud noise which woke me up a couple of times at night.

The breakfast didn't really have any Filipino food. The staff over charged us booking excursions (land & island tour) from them and it's a lot less elsewhere. Our room didn't have a wardrobe to put our clothes in. There are no shower doors if a group of friends stayed in the room and the floor is quite slippery in the shower room. The shower/shower head had a lot lime scales and wasn't clean when we got there.

Nothing I didn’t like but a gym area would have been good

The property is in a tropical setting. You could almost forget you are on the general Luna road. Lovley little area that you can paddle board on . Breakfast was not excellent but something could be found so managed. We had a island villa with a bit of a pool view and bit of a sea view. No gym at this hotel only a spa that offered massage for aroun 1.500 Philippine peso. It smelled amazing but I went to a massage place along the road for 750 peso obviously don’t get the same quality. The rooms are very spacious and clean but could do with a bit of a spruce up. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I was in general Luna

Great location, spacious and clean, beautiful pool area. They told us ahead of our stay that there were constructions next door, it never actually bothered us noise wise. Special thanks to the security guard at the front of the property for having been friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Breakfast buffet was ok, it’s open from 6-9am so most guest have breakfast at 8 and therefore the staff was overrun by the amount of people and lots of options on the buffet were empty

Spacious & well equipped rooms, retrospectively I wouldn’t choose Premier Villa anymore since they’re in the back of the garden (especially #7 to #10 which don’t even have a view at all because facing the mainbuilding) better go for the Island Villas

It is a shame that the villas are well maintained/cleaned, but overall everything else is good 👍🏼

The property is along General Luna’s main road. It is also a few steps to the beach. The facilities (restaurant, massage etc) were really nice especially because Siargao can get rainy sometimes so there is an option to enjoy on the property itself. The houses were also very cute and comfortable.
