We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesProperty was undergoing some renovations but not while we were there. The restaurant is a separate entity by itself. Unfortunately sanitation in bathroom was not up to standard. We made hotel aware but that is when we found out it’s rented out. The front desk staff did not know the area very well
Property was on outskirts of Baguio. We were 4-5km from SM mall. Taxi cost ₱125 each way. Parking was available. Pool was outdoor and considerable cool.

The staff was accommodating and polite. They really want to provide you with the best service. The prices at local shop were fair.

Philippineshot pool not accessible due to required persons in pool is 30pax which is too many and impossible because of number of rooms and guest per day. Breakfast order not followed. rooms are too near to event area that may cause disturbance when you want to sleep in daytime.

PhilippinesOur first breakfast we ordered lime juice, but they offered iced tea and because they were no lime juice available and they didn't ask first if we want iced tea, we didn't drink it because we don't drink any kind of tea, the place for the Dine-in is not what it looks like in the picture because they're on renovation.
The break is good but not that special for the price of our 4 day stay, thr staff is kind. The place is kinda far from the Market if you want to go out and eat.

PhilippinesSome Areas are still under renovation and so there are construction going on around the hotel, the place is quite far from the central district so expect a bit longer travel with traffic when you want to go around town. Cottage Room wise.. issue only in the water heater that seems taking ages to get hotter.. and since the toilet and bathroom is in the same room...the toilet seems to be wet and slippery the entire time ...i suggest they put an elevated shower partition/cubicle?? I guess That would be great...
Stayed for 3 nights and t'was great! Wide space cottage /room, pool though the water is freezing cold! Need a pool heater next time pls. ..hotel staff/ dining/kitchen staff are commendable very helpful and attentive..😊 nice place though most of the area are still under renovation, good customer service will be back again for sure.. 😊

PhilippinesFAR FROM THE CENTER, NO RESTAURTANTS NEARBY DEFFICULT TO GET TAXI/JEEP.
I was really dissapointed with the lobby(actually there's none) but when we saw the room very nice pala, im guessing that the room is newly renovated.The beds are just like in 3-4 star hotel, fixture in the bathroom are new, also they gave sets of towels. Internets is also ok n cignal cable also. The hotels has free breakfast but you have to inform the cook (attendant) in advance, we waited for 30m but the food were ok. The only problens that we encountered was the hotel is very very far fron the plaza plus christmas season it was very very difficult to get a taxi, we were lucky from our first day that we were able to get a jeep going to plaza but when we return we cann't get a taxi very frustrating, the only option was to fall in line for the jeep but then it was a very very very long line. There are no restaurants around even 711 you have to ride to plaza or the main city. Now when we checkout the next daty around 1pm, jeeps were all full also taxi so we decided to walk, for 3km but after walking for 1kmwe were lucky to get a taxi, thank you ate nakiusap nlang ako na magshare kami ng taxi. Hay never again to get a booking far from the center.

PhilippinesThere is an event on the hotel just below our room - staffs didnt inform us. Even after we arrive, reception didn't mention it. We just learned it by ourselves upon arrival. The event was loud and noisy until 10 pm. Not good for tourists like us who are tired and wants to rest right away
