the toilet door in room 104 creeked loudly. it will wake the sleeping person in the room when someone enters the bathroom

It was the chef's day off on our first full day. The next day, he came to work, but seemed eager to leave early. His last call for the kitchen seemed early and it felt like the restaurant was closing before the advertised time.

Friendly staff. The cats on the premises made our stay a bit enjoyable. Extended our stay by one night because I was a bit ill and wanted to rest up before heading south.

The room was quite sterile and lacked character. The choices for lighting were either very bright lights or a half-working LED light in the recessed ceiling. There were no bedside lamps and we found only one outlet in the room.

It was very close to Mang Garry's, which was a very nice restaurant. It made up for the hotel's location, which is in the town outskirts. (We originally booked this because we thought it was close to the bus station.)

The water temp on the shower is not that warm so early morning shower and late night showers could be a little chilly.

The room is big, the AC is cold and the place is good for relaxation even it is situated in a highway. The staff are all nice. The wifi is stable.

I think the management can add a safety vault, a small one will do where we can leave our belongings like cash, tablet, and laptop.

I have to say that the location was fantastic. The hotel is situated a few minutes away from the heart of the city, and just a few blocks away from Robinsons and many popular tourist attractions are near. Being so close to everything made it easy to explore the city without having to worry about transportation. The hotel was also located in a safe area, which gave me peace of mind for my family. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and safe location in the city."

Wifi wasn't good at all.. Brakefast wasn't so good, very small portions. And if you don't like to walk this is not a good place. 20 mins walk to robinsson mall but alot of resturant around. If you take the tricycle to citymall don't pay more than 50 pesos! Or take the lokal bus for 12 pesos! They had a nice pool but no sunbeds to lay down.

Wifi in the room is not great - I had to sit outside to get any reception. so you cannot do any work inside the room I was there over the weekend so it was quiet, as soon as Monday morning started the building site in front of the Hotel resumed work and the noise was very loud. The Hotel is not central so all restaurants are on the other side of town. no shops close by

the usb outlets near the beds weren’t working so had to charge my phone in the bathroom. The location was convenient for us but there’s absolutely nothing around there, not even a convenience store, so unless like us you need to be close to the San Jose terminal, or you have your own wheels, you’re kinda stuck there
