There wasn't a spa or masseuse on site. The menu has a minimal selection. They also did not offer room service.

The staff was very friendly. They were also able to maintain the electricity during the typhoon. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.

They didn't have room service, and the restaurant menu was very limited. There wasn't a spa service, and the masseuse was not on location. They had to be booked a day in advance to give the massage in your hotel room. The didn't offer shuttle service or other options for transportation.

I liked that they were able to maintain the electricity although there was a typhoon. The room was clean and comfortable for the most part. The staff was very polite.

things I don't enjoy? The key card doesn't function. Every time we enter the room, we ask for assistance, and we have to wait till they open the door for many minutes. The toilet bowl needs to be cleaned because there is already a lot of algae inside of it. It must be checked. While swimming, you can tell that the pool isn't clean. It was too warm in the livin/waiting room at the lobby. How long can you wait there if it's hot?

Since the location is next to a mall, I actually like it. I adore the OJT staff because they are friendly and supportive. They ought to receive top marks for this. Every morning I see them cleaning, and some of them serve us at the breakfast table. Every time they are close to you, they never forget to say "Hello". I love the plants too☺️

The entire stay was perfect. While the hotel was busy, it was very quiet and peaceful. The room was no frills, but was certainly comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good, eggs and potatoes cooked perfectly.

Not sure what's behind the hotel but I was awakened by roosters making their "cock-a-doodle-doo". Other than that, I would come back again for future travels.

Hotel is newer than other hotels nearby. Although, I did not use the swimming pool, it's a nice big area where friends and relatives could get together. There's parking infront of the hotel. That's a plus considering the location. Location is perfect too. Outstanding service. At least 4 attendants helped us with our luggages to our room.

Breakfast poor. We asked for airport service during booking. No reaction on that question. We thought to solve it by just taking a taxi at Laoag airport. But on arrival…. no taxis. We finally managed to reach the hotel by motorbike (triangle).

Nice room - like the photos on booking.com; except no coffee / tea facilities. Great shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The cabinets are damaged. I just hope they placed me in a room that is much better in room 101. The mirror is in bad shape. The cabinets and other wood furnitures are like damaged. The ac is a idk, since its hot? I dont think so, bc we're adjusting it every hour. I just hope they will take this as constructive criticism.

1. Booking.com charged me 4.4k extra vs. booking direct. 2. The place was not clean. We found 2 cockroaches in the room during our 4 day stay. 3. The rooms were not cleaned well. There were still coffee stains on the desks when we 1st arrived. The water heater had black liquid inside it - which means they did not clean it either. 4. The toilet flush was very weak. Bidet was rusty. 5. The sheets were very thin and some had ballpen stains. 6. The breakfast was so bad. Only 2 options + egg + rice. No bread, no dessert, no fruits. 7. There was no security at the parking lot during our stay so no one looking after the cars parked. It is not a gated hotel.
