hot water maintenance was scheduled during our visit. we were not informed prior so we had no hot water for an evening.

room was sufficiently sized. amenities were good with in-room refrigerator. wifi was also very good.

It wasn't good that the gym closed at 7pm. Also, the food and drinks they offered at breakfast were limited. I have not come across a mango service at a hotel in a tropical country 🤣

The location of the hotel was in the very center of Manila. There were lots of good ethnic restaurants around. The general atmosphere of the hotel was very good. Employees were very friendly.

The pillows were a bit too thin for our liking so we asked for extra pillows which were given anyway.

This is our second stay. We checked in the same dates last 2022, but one day longer this time. We loved our first stay so we decided to choose this hotel again. We loved the fast check in and checkout procedures. We also liked that our room was big enough and has everything we needed and when we needed anything extra like pillows, towels and hangers, it was provided almost immediately. The staff were nice and polite right from the guards, front office, and other people in the lobby to the housekeeping and the restaurant staff… and the breakfast buffet had good options and variety.

I was surprised that after you asked for the credit card details while booking the hotel. The money was not deducted from the credit card and I had to pay while checking in. Maybe you can point this out more clearly going forward.

Unfortunately, through no fault of the hotel, due to the location near a red light district you can be annoyed by hawkers and other professionals seeking business.

It's is easy to find something to complain about but I really can't think of anything I need to mention. Everything was fine.

St Giles is located in the middle of the business area of Makati and well situated to visit all places in Manila area. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful in every way including the staff at breakfast. I recommend this hotel and certainly return for my next stay.

I was very disappointed that I tried to but Bacon and eggs for breakfast but Bacon OUT of Stock 3 days running unbelievable I had a substandard German sausage very poor My partner tried to order 3 different chicken dishes off the menu before being told chicken was out of stock

the rooms are a little old, so there's a little moldy smell to it. and some of the towels have seen better days and are not so white

Location is great. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants in the area. Price is reasonable. Room is decent and spacious. Staff are very helpful. Was able to park just outside the hotel, getting rid of the hassle of going to the basement.

We had to pay cash when we were there even though I was emailed saying it would come from my account which would have been better as that is what we had planned for.

It was a beautiful lobby and the staff in the lobby, the doorman etc were so polite and helpful. Really nice experience from them.

Bathroom was smaller than expected. Heavy and chaotic traffic around the hotel, especially during rush hour.

Friendly and helpful staff, close to grocery stores and malls, great view from my room, rooftop swimming pool.
