Room is too dusty. I am allergic to dust. When i asked a cleaner to vacuum my room the next day there were clumps of dust from the floor carpet as well as from the outer bottom carpet floor of the bed. The cleaner tried to hide it by grabbing the clump of dust but i already saw it. I think they did not vacuum it before i checked in because i had rashes overnight and the size of dirt or accumulated dust says it all. I hope they dont skip vacuuming the room (always) including the chair with carpet-like upholstery before another client checks in.

Size of room as well as amenities are ok. Moneys worth. I've stayed here before but only during this recent stay that the room is not squeky clean. From the 1st night i felt uneasy and itchy but still gave them the benefit of the doubt that the room was vacuumed clean.

The Bayleaf Restaurant

A nice comfortable 3 star Hotel, centrally located in Makati. Check in staff were excellent. The Bay leaf Restaurant was very below par. Food was bland, ordinary and cold. The lunch we had took over 1 hr to come to our table. Lets hope they improve both the food and service.

The room was good. It was big enough. But because of a pillar, the desk was small and had no space to work left and right. Next time I would like to have a room with a desk that offers better working conditions.

The hotel should stop those street hawkers who walk around just in front of the hotel asking if you want to purchase sex enhancement drugs.

The hotel is really nice. They treat their guests very well. The staffs are very hardworking from the janitor to the housekeeping team. The buffet is good and the workers at the buffet restaurant are very helpful. The services provided and worth more than monies paid. As per location, its nice especially for young persons that wants to party or mingle.

well, it is good that the hotel for go to take any upfront deposit from the guest as we dont carry cash a lot. further for using credit card as a deposit payment, it will take sometimes to do the cancellation in the system once we check out. This will create some inconvenience for guest to follow up later on.

the rooms were superb. clean and comfort. the toilet was clean, and the water pressure is good.

In general most staff are okay. The reception also needs to up their game. This is a service industry so we expect smiles, how are you? Enjoy your stay? How may I help you? Questions like that. I got none of that...

Had a bad experience with the Chefs during the breakfast buffet. The Chefs Didn't acknowledge me when I tried to order an Omelette and wished them Good Morning. The next customer came, and the male Chef acknowledged her and I immediately interjected and said I was standing there but no one bother to take my order...

bathroom needs renovation, For 2 persons regular need are 4 towels ( instead only 2 towels and additional towel only upon request) , the safe box does not work (intervention required every time)

only problem i had was the distance to the nearest metro station ,which of course is not the hotels fault he he rest/ bar was closed early so no chance of a nightcap

room was big enough comfy and clean the staff where very helpful polite and professional the breakfast was ample and enough choice , very asian breakfast but that wasnt a problem people at the reception where also very helpful and polite ,porters and doormen where also outstanding
