I don't like the slippery floors in the shower and in the lounge area by the swimming pool....not safe to walk very slippery, hope management will do something about it before accident happen.

I like the comfy bed, the swimming pool & the breakfast puto, pandesal, ensaymada, chorizo, staff was very polite & helpful & etc.😁

We were three people so it was nice that we had two "rooms" within the suite, but there is not a lot of privacy for the bedrooms and bathroom so we don't recommend this for business travellers sharing a room. The bathroom tile grout and seals could be cleaned a bit better. The rain shower was confusing as it was directly in the ceiling, so we couldn't figure it out at first.

The location is great, it's right above Robinsons Galleria Cebu mall, so we actually rode a free shuttle bus from the Cebu Port area. It was very convenient to be above the mall as we could easily buy things we needed, and it's relatively near the historical area if you are visiting as a tourist. The hotel itself is very modern and clean.

CHRISTINE is her name and she works in the afternoon shifts. Shes the one who accommodates us in unprofessional manner. She handles the check In and booking with an attitude and she doesn’t even smile or communicate in a pleasant and respectful manner. I gave her a benefit of a doubt but again in our second night we spontaneously want to come back. Again, she’s really rude. When we checkIn she even asked me if we checkOut already, why we got a new room, when I booked it etc… with this not so hospitable face. By the way I don’t know whats there computer are for? Front desk is supposedly the face of your hotel. Don’t hire someone that’s unprofessional.

We tried deluxe and mango suite, every room is exquisite! It’s Clean and spacious. Most of the people are hospitable and they provide extra towels in timely manner delivered in your door. The property is very convenient in everything you wish to do around cebu.

Breakfast from 9-10 am not happy , we been told we can have our breakfast between 9-10 am , I never understand why we been told to have breakfast during those time, I understand about the covid rules or whatever , however we do not have a choice to eat breakfast anytime we want it’s kinda of hmm

For a big hotel, they should have a variety of international food for people who doesn't eat local food. Curtains not big enough to cover the window, and shower is very low.

Hotel is great with swimming pool and the location also good as near to all shopping mall.

Elevators are not safe at all! A lot of times i see the elevator doors closing hard even when there is still somebody by the door esp kids. It has no sensors to automatically open when somebody comes in or by the door. Very big safety issue!!!

Elevator and toilet

Room is okay but there’s you need to fix your toilet and shower , toilet side is always full of water from shower which is annoying and the flush button doesn’t work really hard to push it, but the food and bed is good perfect, last thing the elevator is very bad and which hurt me so bad “my elbow” get bruised Bec not even 5seconds close right away, we try different one works fine ,

Keyless entry didn't work, had to have maintenance facilitate entry. Seems be ongoing issue. No hot water. Thermostat stuck on set temperature. Wanted room warmer as I just spent an hour stuck in the flying ice box CebuPacfic calls a plane.

Location next attached to mall is helpful. SM City fairly close, SM Seaside not to far. Not to far from airport, or south bus station, close to piers. Stayed here 3 years ago, room was bit better than one given this time. Bed was comfortable. Excellent staff. Has luggage storage for those returning to hotel at later date. I stored main bag when traveling to Oslob for a couple of nights to see Whale Shark (get there early and best to go week day) Nice pool
