Was good place to stay and spacious rooms. More likely needed more staff will be to assist customers which also their toiletries should be added more features or enhance it 🤔 ... all in all pleasant experience... 😊

Informed late about the pet cleaning fee of 1k/night but it's all good as we were politely told about it. Wish this could be included in the booking details so it doesn't come as a surprise for the guests staying for the first time with pets.

Smart for a hotel to be within the mall complex as it was easy to go around and get what you need. Rest is also easy to come by because of the good accommodation. The room is spacious, well-lit, and very conducive for resting. Had the best sleep of my life in weeks!

There were no hand towels in the bathroom, let alone face towels. At least provide some hooks so that we can hang our own hand towels there.

Hotel location is super convenient as it is beside Robinsons Magnolia. Staff were always friendly and accommodating. Room was always clean. The only negative is that the bathroom has molds and the building is old but not a deal breaker

They came to pick up the rubbish and dirty towel but forgot to replace the towel and hand towel which i think is necessary. Anyway they apologize but we should always remeber small things make a difference.

There was banging the whole night every night for the 4 consecutive nights we stayed, there was a mall construction which was adjacent to the wall of our room. We informed the hotel staff about it but there was nothing they can do about it

The bathroom floor and sink were not cleaned every day. Curtains are dusty and may need more frequent laundry. We saw a small cockroach crawling along the wall of the coffee counter at least 7 times during our stay. I had to request a bathroom floor towel. There was no cable on our last week. It would have been better if the hotel subscribed to Netflix or any streaming provider especially when Skycable announced that they were terminating their cable services. Hotel wifi dropped intermittently. Senior discount was not honored.

I liked the location and quick access to dining, shopping and other services with Robinson Magnolia mall. Staff were friendly, professional & helpful.

Tha location is really accessible. Just few steps you are in Robinsons Department Store. Which you can shop and choose where you want to eat. Plenty of restaurants inside and around the area.

I hope there is a microwave oven in each rooms and for Safety, there should be like a key card lock for elevator so not anyone can just go up to the hotel, only the people who are checked in can have the key to the elevator to go up.

Very nice, helpful and attentive staff , from doorman, concierge, to housekeeping. Clean sheets, comfortable bed, water supply, complete toiletries, accessible to mall, and free parking! To Adrian - housekeeper on 4th floor - best! Kim -concierge, best too!

We were asked to check in at 2pm, since we arrived early (11am). So we went back at 230. The room wasn’t ready until 4pm. And the front desk were unfriendly

It’s annexed to Robinson magnolia mall, so you can just go to the mall anytime. It’s safe.
