Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Oman1) it was mentioned on various booking apps that part of the offer is that you can check in any time but the reception says you can only check in at 14:00. 2) hallway in the 5th floor is not air conditioned. 3) room is not soundproofed; you can hear people’s footstep or if someone is giggling/talking from the outside.

New ZealandThere was no bottled water in the rooms but there was a water dispenser by the elevator. There weren't any other amenities other than the rooms. The door to the mall is very easy to miss.
The location was quite convenient since I picked the hotel based on the proximity to a church. The room was nice and clean and I was able to change on the day to a different one closer to my cousins since they had room. There is a door which connects the hotel to the mall. There are quite a few eateries nearby. You are able to get free day parking for the mall, just register with reception.

We were at the banquet 15 minutes before 10 a.m. The food service staff (2) were "less than enthusiatic" to help us getting the plates, utensils, etc. They are probably "more enthusiastic" to clean up.
Bigger than the usuall rooms in the Metro. Excellent location. With ready access to the Robinsons Mall, Magnolia. Helpful banquet and room service staff.

CanadaI didn't like that I had to ask for certain amenities like a towel for the bathroom floor or extra toilet paper instead of having them standard in the room. There's also a lot of small lights in the room (various light sources that cannot be switched off like fire detectors) which disrupts sleep, so bring a sleeping eye mask to ensure complete darkness. I didn't like how low the shower head was as well.
Best for location and for very courteous and friendly staff.

PhilippinesParking space may be a bit tricky to find since it’s located at the basement parking of the mall and comes at a first come, first serve basis.
Overall the place was very clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and provisions such as toiletries and coffee set were complete. We really had a nice and comfortable staycation. Due to its close proximity at the mall, all other essential establishments were highly accessible. All staff were also nice and friendly and they made sure that we had everything that we needed taken care of while we were there. One thing to mention is that being a boutique hotel, breakfast choices were a git limited but were good enough to fill you up for the day. Breakfast food were typically Filipino dishes and were warm and delicious.
