Checking in is so slow and sometimes there is only 1 person on the check in counter. Plus the waiting lounge was made as temporary coffee shop so there's no more place for guests to wait while waiting to be checked in.

I just like the location, its proximity to the shops and restaurants at Robinsons Marasbaras and the swimming pool. They are also courteous by the way.

Location is superb although it is not in downtown area. It is connected through a covered walk way to Robinsons Tacloban which is very accessible to/from airport.

When I was about to give the tip, no clear explanation or advice of how I could give it as we do habitually this when I stay in a hotel considering that I was a hotelier before too.

The location is so great for accessibility. Personalized service is given by the staff and cheerful attitude among them. Overall services are superb starting from concierge, receptionist, room attendant, F & B, and others.

Connecting room was noisy. I was in a connecting room next to people I did not know. Unfortunately they were very noisy. Shower meant to be hot and cold, but only ever got to barely tepid/lukewarm. Fortunately it was very hot in the Philippines currently, therefore not such a big deal.

A little fix for the bathroom will make everything perfect.

As usual, the room was clean and comfortable especially for the kids to stay and play as well. The bed and the pillows are inviting to relax and sleep.

Very small & sometimes crowded room for breakfast. Some staff were very good and pleasant, but some were not.

Unfortunately breakfast not included in price was 400 pesos (not bad price at all) And the bathroom was quite small. We also got different amounts of towels each day for some reason haha. One day was just x2 bath towels, the next was floor mat with hand towels and bath towels and then the next was bath towels and face washers ?

Very good location, right across from many restaurants and Robinsons mall! Very big bed that was comfortable. Mark the receptionist was also amazing at organising a massage for me and my partner to come up to our hotel room which was really convenient after a long day out

Sometimes find bugs/lizards which is apparently normal for the provinces but still not a fan. Breakfast is pretty terrible, but you can just go to Robinsons for better food options.

My only concern was in the housekeeping department. I would suggest providing clean bedding sheets and pillow covers to every room. I'm saying this is because our beddings had pen marks and dirt on it. Next time, make sure that the bathroom is clean, has towels, and has enough toilet paper. Also, please clean the telephone more often because it has smells already.

The staff from the front desk and security people were accommodating, nice, and friendly. The breakfast every morning was perfect and delicious. It felt like home.

The property was okey. It was the online reservation was the issue. It didn’t allow me to input the senior citizen discount. When I inquired at the desk, the staff just explained the inflexibility of the online reservation.

There were no towel or dental kit readily available on the hotel, I needed to call the reception twice since I booked 2 room for my family.

The location was great since it’s beside the Robinson mall. Staff was all friendly and accommodating 😃

The parking space was not enough for all their guest specially if there is a booked event on the said hotel. Though the guard instructed us to find parking in Robinson's 2nd -3rd level parking area, of which very inconvenient for the hotel customers. The sink faucet was a bit dysfunctional.

The hotel is just across Robinson's mall, convenient for shopping and dining. No need for a taxi ride😀
