There were multiple problems with payment - first we received a fraudulent message via booking.com asking to provide card details (on a page that was pretending to be booking.com). Then in the hotel there was no working POS machine, so staff told us that they will need to write card details on some paper and process manually (they have shown us sone memo from their management), but as after the first incident this seem to be even more suspicious we ended up paying via cash.

It is a nice option for staying in the downtown of Puerto Princessa, close to Baywalk and Plaza Cuatel and shopping center.

Service was slow. Had to call reception twice before a masseuse was finally called to my room. Room service also took forever, ended up going to collect my order from the restaurant myself.

Nice big room. Very nice bathroom. Clean and tidy. Good amenities. Masseuse came directly to my room. Really enjoyed my stay, would stay again.

I felt the staff were judging me and trying to rip me off with the tours. There was no close travel agent, so I didn't have a choice I felt. They seemed nice, but could feel the judgement an eyes an commenst as you walk past.

You have to be prepared that due to property breeding roosters just below the hotel, you fall into the rhythm of early wake-up calls with a concert for many rooster throats. No matter what time of the day, they never stop. During our stay the breakfast could only be called good once. Sunny side up eggs and hash browns were offered that day. On other days, those who enjoy Filipino cuisine could find more options for themselves than other guests. Coffee very poor. No fresh juices. The external facade in particular is in need of restoration.

Location in terms of proximity to Baywalk, Plaza Cuartel etc. as well as good restaurants and transport options (jeepney or tricycle just outside the hotel).

No tissue box, no hand soap, no bath room slippers.

Big room, great variety of Live TV channels (HBO, etc), large bathroom (with standing shower and bathtub). About 12 mins walk to SM Mall (this is a big SM Mall). You can get massage in your room from P500 per hour... good rate. Transport to airport in a van that cost P175. Great value for the room size.

We asked Toilet paper from reception and thru room intercom when we arrived, because it appears the toilet paper was just left over, and they promise to follow it up, but unfortunately it was replenish only on following day?

There were no windows,on the pictures if shows balcony.

Design of the rooms , with blocked window.

Rooms are good, well decorated , but only challenge was our windows were blocked with wall or inner passage due to the design of the building, hence no outside light came during the day. Breakfast option could have been better.

Not really.a big deal for us but I was surprised that the other side of the "frosted window" for rooms without a view is an empty hallway/corridor. I just wish that it is inaccessible for guests. Beds were also a little bit stiff.

The location of the hotel is near/at the public market so the hotel facade was just simple and basic. Almost unnoticeable. However, we were surprised that the room that we booked (Superior Double or Twin) is spacious, clean, and elegant. Amenities were also complete.
