For us, the isolation and lack of luxury were absolutely perfect. All staff, particularly Matoy, Connie, and Margo, were outstanding. The free use of the kayak allowed us to explore beautiful white sandy beaches and turquoise waters on other deserted islands. The food was delicious with good portions sizes. We felt at roughly $9 AUD per meal they was reasonably priced, and with the menu variety, we didn't feel the need to look elsewhere. Loved the bar, amazing cocktails, and fabulous massage. We would return in a heartbeat.

Coming to the hotel can be truisms expensive If you come via airport, the shuttle leave before the plane from Manila arrives, you end up with private transportation

Me and my friend stayed for 4 nights eventually at the property and we had an amazing time. We took the boat (15 minutes) to the place and it was super nice that it was not at a busy, crowded beach. The houses were nice, clean and pretty spacious! It was super close to the beach and they had a lot of seating where you can chill and look at the beautiful view. The food was also amazing! The staff was super friendly, special thanks to Luiz for being so nice and helpful. If you want to relax and reconnect with the beautiful nature and views you should really go here. We both loved it.

We didn't know that the roads aren't good enough to travel by scooter, so getting to Port Barton at night was quite a hassle.

Lovely location, great staff and lovely food.

Great location, friendly and very helpful staff. Food very good. They don’t tell you but there is a free boat to take and pick you up as difficult to access by land. The sea is rocky but a lovely little spot with meals on the beach. Great value for money and we had a great island trip with fantastic reefs and coral.

The was no daily cleaning and the WiFi only worked in the beach area, not in the rooms. I think this should be clearly stated in booking that WiFi doesn’t work in the rooms.

Enjoyed an amazing week at Sunset Colors. Perfect place if you want a quiet break away from the more touristy towns of Palawan. Beautiful location, relaxed atmosphere, nice and clean cottages and a restaurant and bar on the beach serving tasty meals and drinks. And, best of all, fantastic and friendly staff members who all made us feel right at home from the second we arrived to the second we left. Also enough nice places to discover within easy reach such as Gilligan Beach, Bigaho Falls, Port Barton Town, and of course all the islands and beaches offered on daily boat trips. All in all, easily recommendable! :-)

Maybe we missed the memo, but we were unaware of the daily power outage from 6am-9am (approximately). It was hardly an inconvenience, but it's not the kind of thing one is thrilled to be surprised about.

Sunset Colors' location is absolutely stunning. A short boat ride from Port Barton turns a corner, revealing a pristine beach on a clean, private shore, lined with a few other similar resorts. This place couldn't be more on the beach -- just like the photos. Luis and the rest of the staff served with professionalism and were pleasant to be around. The food was great and the vibe was exactly what we'd hoped for.

The boat to town gets full with the staff and guests checking in and out so if you need anything in supermarket get it before you go here as there is not many boats per day! Cold shower but that's not too Bad after a hot day.

Just such a fab spot to unwind. Food was great, staff so friendly. Massage on beach. Comfy bean bags. Nice dogs 🐕 wasn't too hot despite no aircon and fan turning off 6am to 9am

We liked everything, from the accommodation to staff, the food was so delicious. People from other resorts along the beach come to eat here. The manager is very responsive and helpful and we thank him for all his help and advices. Definitely the place to visit again.

I was a little underwhelmed by the food. I was expecting perhaps more range, more filipino foods also.

Its really peaceful and quiet, all the huts are in the shade of the coconut trees so it's very cool. And then you're right next to the beach. Wonderfully relaxing!

There is a lot of coral just in front of the beach, and when arriving it is advised to have some safe plastic shoes on so you can walk safely to the beach from the boat as the can injure you badly. So also swimming in the sea is a challenge with all the coral so close near the shore.

Beautiful place to stay, with excellent food and drinks, having breakfast and diner on the beach. The free available kayaks are fun to use and there is also a nice hike to a waterfall, but we were not able to do that.

The beach is very rocky from coral, so not ideal for swimming. Be prepared with protective sandlles for disembarking and boarding the boat from Port Barton.

The bungalow overlooking the sea was great. The staff were excellent.

We travelled to Palawan for the first time and picked Sunset Colors from quite a few options and we were absolutely delighted! Luiz and the staff were always helpful with any wishes we had during your stay, the location and food were just perfect! We are definetely coming back, should the opportunity arise...

The place is beautiful if you wanna spend a few days relaxing and chilling. The staff is very kind and always helping you. The dinner and breakfast at the beach is just amazing.
