Relaxing place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Jeff and Cris who help us a lot in transferring out things from another room. Will love to go back here soon,hope they will maintain the cleanliness especially the rooms.

At the time of our visit, there's some jelly fish in the sea, so be careful. The location is quite far from Manila, maybe 5-6 hours of travel time.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. You are allowed to bring food and drinks with no corkage. There's a kitchen that you can rent for a minimal charge. There's a market nearby. There are fishermen selling seafood (their fresh catch) by the beach in the morning. This place is highly recommended for its value for money.

I think the venue itself is serene and quiet. If you want to be alone for a few days and think or relax then this is the place for you. Their crews were also kind and accommodating.

The resort needs a little touch-up to make it look better. I am very particular with stains on the walls as well as busted light and other room parts. So I think a little improvement will make a very big difference.

For its price, you will get good value for your money. The place is picturesque and instagrammable. It is giving a good beach and summer vibe. You get fresh air, quiet space, and a serene experience. There is a swimming pool you can use if it is too hot to swim in the beach. I also love that this place is very pet-friendly. The price of goods here do not have a surcharge just because it is near the beach. They let you enjoy the place without charging you with unnecessary costs.

I did not like how they handled our request for extension (late check out). Before we went out on the day of our activity we already informed that we may not be able to come back on time as we are doing a charity. We were given up to 3pm. When we were eating lunch next door at around 1pm we were told to pack up our things, or else we will pay for 2 hours extension. We paid for 2 hours extension per room. Very disgusting. Had we known, we should have checked out before going somewhere. What's worse is that after checking out, i got an email that Sunset Villas complained to Booking.Com that we violated the policy of the resort.

Location and facilities were perfect. The resort is very peaceful, quiet, clean, and so instagrammable. I liked everything about the resort --- until I checked out. (see next question)

The downside - WIFI is very slow & the toilet in the attached room in the triangle villas doesnt have exhaust fan. The tendency, the bad smell coming from the toilet is leaking in the entire entire room. This has to be improved.

The rate room is worth the value. The location and ambience is very good.

The facilities inside the accommodation area needed maintenance as the toilets in where we have stayed are clogged and its quiet uncomfortable to go out and go to the public CR. Luckily they have a public CR to be used in the event of what we have experienced.

We love the ambience and the location. The camper ban is cozy and comfortable for a couple. The triangle hut is spacious for group.

The beach did not meet my expectations. There are hours when the fishy smell is strong. Maybe because that is the spot where fishing boats dock. But can still swim as I see some customers swimming.

I like how our room, camper van, is clean and the tables outside are nice and can be used. The swimming area is also well-maintained, my daughter enjoyed it. I like how the place is not very crowded despite all rooms/units fully occupied. I also like how the place is pet-friendly. We brought our 3 dogs (with diapers) and they are free to run.

Understand the property is around four years old, with I suspect a fairly high occupancy - maintenance a must, else the resort will become pretty shoddy. Menu is limited, and with a little imagination could be expanded. No credit cards, GCash or cash.

A really quite simple family-room resort and mostly clean, although pool a bit murky. A simple and inexpensive menu. Patchy internet access in terms of speed. Nice beach loungers to chill and escape the busy pool and kiddie time.
