The room is spacious and clean. The staff are accomodating. They have comfy bed and balcony. We originally booked 2 nights but ended up extending for another night. Will surely come back to this place and will refer this to our friends.

If you are a delicate foreigner you might not be very happy here. No Bidet sprayer. No hot water. Shower head was removable but no water pressure sufficient to spray your butt hole. Toilet flushes when you fill a bucket and pour it into the toilet bowl. Still it was a good value just lower your expectations on the plumbing items and you will be happy. Also our room could have had a few more hooks for hanging items but oh well there were door knobs and some hooks on the door.

Awesome staff. Great location. Cozy property with hammock and plenty of comfortable places to lounge outside the room. Good value. Overall very pleased. Cold AirCon. No bugs or ants. Closing gate and security guard on-site at night. Area was safe and secure feeling. Outside property felt safe also. Will go back.

Very nice staff , lovely staff, free filters water, nice room with balcony and view on the garden or a space with tree and bit of sea. Comfy room, the toilets is separate from the shower that’s very appreciable. Good value for money. Good location.

Value for money 10/10. Cheapest place i been in filipines and it was better than few much more expensive places. Location was 250m from nice beach. Balcony had nice palm garden view and beach far away. Main street with bars and restaurants was under 1km away. Hotel rented conveniently scooter with we traveled around island.

Staff was Great ,very good value for your money.I had a room with a extra ordinary loud A/C asked the staff to change rooms and got a different room with a normal ac,nice garden and balcony.

Room was nice and big. AC was good. Love that the shower is separate from the toilet. Also has a fridge freezer which is good. Kettle in the room too. Free water from the dispenser in the garden. Clothes drying rail for each room outside in the garden. Can rent motorbikes from reception too for 300pesos per day.

It was perfect.

Beautiful outside areas and communal terrace. I also had a private balcony overlooing coconut trees with the ocean beyond. The owner is a really wonderful person. For the price, this is an exceptional small hotel.

Wifi coverage wasn't so good on second floor corner room and in balcony it was so bad that i could not use it. Also there is no hot water in shower but the same i met in other place in St Fe so it's normal.

Nice place to stay with amazing garden it was not first time i was staying there for this time i had room with balcony which was really amazing. Nice owner as well.
