Our room always had many ants. I asked for extra spraying but it didn't really help. They were on the toilet, sink, fridge, floors and walls. The hotel seemed run down with items that are broken. Our safe didn't work, the wifi didn't work in the room, the fan in one of the cabanas was broken, just a few examples. The hotel still provides tiny bottles of water (you have to ask at the bar to have your water bottle filled), very small shampoos and disposable toothbrushes, all which contribute to the landfill. The floors directly outside the rooms were very dirty with hair, garbage, sand, etc. There are many opportunities for improvement, such as, the person handing out towels could certainly clean up the garbage around the loungers. They definitely have the time, maybe at breakfast, guests could be asked if they want their room cleaned instead of guests having to go to the front desk to ask, a large jug of water could be available to guests to fill their water bottles instead of always having to ask, stairs and floors need to be swept and mopped more frequently, a small broom in the room would be nice and a small brush available in the cabanas would be convenient.

Eden, one of the servers was so friendly, professional, kind and hardworking. The beach is beautiful with loungers and 3 cabanas to relax on.

Our safe is not working and no double lock on the doors.

Not crowded and the staffs are accomodating. CCTV are everywhere, security is good and common area and beach front is clean.

This is a Philippines problem but would a halfway soft mattress and a water heater kill you? The facility is a little dated but the staff keeps it spotless.

Staff is excellent. Attentive and friendly. Right on the beach. Station 1 is really quiet compared to station 2. Electric trike is a couple of pesos and two minutes to station 1 for all the action.

Breakfast options were limited. Though it would be fine if the food were tasty, however the selections were pretty bland. I hope they could at least provide good tasting brewed coffee. A good coffee in the morning can really brighten up a day and put you in a good mood. Just saying 🤷🏻‍♀️ No wifi service inside our room. The railings outside the balcony of our room were rusty, I just wanted to share because it might be dangerous for other guests.

The location was really nice! The room was also spacious. Ate lady guard was very helpful and friendly.

There’s no swimming pool here but you have the sea as the hotel is right on the beach. The hotel offers a complementary towel service for in-house guests.

Great location at station 1 - you don’t get the crowds here compared with busy station 2 and 3. This hotel represented excellent value for money as it was chilled out, very comfortable, clean send the staff were very customer centric. We really enjoyed the cocktail happy hour too!

The hotel breakfast was quite poor. After two days we decided to go for breakfast in a cafe nearby instead. The bathroom was very minimal.

The hotel is right on the beach and the beds are very comfortable. Perfect if you’re looking for a beach holiday.

No pool and elevator. Since I have trouble with stairs due to a knee problem, they were kind enough to transfer us once there was an available room at the ground floor.

The Staff (especially Marlon, Judy, and Kathleen by the bar, Yves with housekeeping, Jerlyn at the towel station, and Jen at reception) were very accommodating and attentive. They really try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The food selection was limited but cooked well! Happy hour was long (1PM-10PM!), which was exceptional! And the drink mixes tasted great. Rooms were simple but the aircon was strong as well as the water pressure in the bathroom. The property is in a great location in Station 1 — away from the crowd of Station 2 but still accessible by trike or a bit of a walk in case you want to go there.

Breakfast is up to 10am but almost no food at 9.30am. The television had bad signal although it is cable tv. No hot shower. We called the attention of the hotel to check the tv and the shower but no action was made about it. We returned to the room with the same bad tv reception and no hot shower. We were also charged for a broken glass. We actually did not initially check the glass if it was broken but we were sure none of us dropped it. They just assumed it was our fault without due process. Lol.

I like the location in the less crowded part of station 1. The hotel staffs are courteous and always with a smile.

Wifi is non-existent both in the 3rd and 2nd flrs where we moved. Needs a lot of improvement in this area. A 2nd item is we notised that it took quite sometime for the hot water in the shower to be really hot even if we would decrease the flow of cold water. Almost all the showertime we had was in very lukewarm shower temperature. Sorry butwe are seniors already who need hot showers. Lastly,there were no disposable hotel slippers in the room provided. Even if we have wiped dry our feet our showering, walking on the nice but cold floor was a challenge to us,much more the risk of slipping on every step on its very smooth surface.

Location right on the beach cannot be beaten! Staff are super courteous and helpful - makes a big difference!

No wi-fi access to our room - they need to install a number of wi-fi boosters. Wi-fi reception fine in the restaurant area beside the beach. 12 lounges by the beach but you need to get in early if you want one because people are selfish and leave their things to keep the lounge even if they are away form the resort.

Extremely friendly staff. Very good location in Station away 1 from the hustle & bustle of Station 2. Especially good for kids with safe swimming only 50m away. Good restaurant menu at reasonable prices and very tasty food - try the pork sisig! Quite good breakfast and overall good value for money.

There was a mixup with the room reservations but it was resolved quickly.

This is one of the places where we usually stay at Station 1. Staff were very responsive even late at night, even though we only booked the day before.

The room we stayed at was a bit run-down, especially the bathroom. There were ants that would make it to the night stand and even the bed. However, I’ve stayed here numerous times before but was probably assigned to the newer rooms.

The location is definitely perfect for those who want to avoid crowds and the party scene. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, always ready to cater to your needs with a smile.

Hotel bedrooms are quite old and don't look very clean. Breakfast is okay. There are not many options.

The location is amazing. Quiet part of the White Beach. There are beach chairs and a bar by the beach.
