Woke up several times due to really bad noise outside the hotel

Very noisy location, staff need a lot of training, especially the cook. Food is not good at all. Towels are clean but old and frayed.

- The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by frosted glass. The light and fan is motion activated. It also takes a few minutes to time out. So if you get up to use the washroom at night, you're going to be more fully woken up with light and sound, then you go back to bed and there's still light pouring into the bedroom. If you were to be traveling with someone, you'd also wake them up. - My room had a window to the hallway, which was unlocked when I arrived. - Room had no safe. - For a room with no window to the outside, there's a lot of noise. The window to the hallway means you also get to hear the elevator ding every time. - Frayed towels

Nothing worth mentioning.

Good location, close to the strip but not too noisy. Quiet fridge. Great shower (check under the sink that it is turned on). Very clean. Comfortable bed. Wi fi reliable, but my firestick did buffer sometimes.

BUT! So much noice. I don't know if there is a difference compared to where your room are, but I had 413 at the top floor. And the traffic noice that starts early in the morning is impossible to ignore. Walls and door is also "paper thin" so you will get a full update from the room next to you if they are the vocal kind..

Staff hangs out regularly near the room door and do their chit-chat. Room window was broken -- unable to lock it at all, so anyone could walk in. The frame was also loose and used to vibrate and cause noise. (Got it fixed.) On a windy day some door somewhere was making loud bangs for a couple hours and nobody cared to fix it until my personal complaint. This place is starting to show wear and tear due to its age. It would be easy to fix the minor issues NOW before they grow out of hand.

One of my regular places to stay at. In-room water heater guarantees warm showers and the AC unit is top-notch.

The noise from outside road or constructions and just general people talking loud in the hallway. Problem in the toilet,got stuck the dirt.

Breakfast is ok Locations is not so family because it was " Hygine Center " in the front.

Clean, kind staff, good assistance, the room is spacious, and the location is near almost everything. I can order grab without corkage, and there's room service. I encountered some issues during my stay, but the hotel assisted me.

Nothing to dislike here, but probably just not the place for lil ones or families.

Very reasonably priced comfortable hotel, in the heart of the Angeles. Couple minutes walk to the bars on walking street, and a short grab/cab ride away from the malls. Hotel is clean, rooms are very comfortable, staff are great and very helpful. Its more Motel like, large rooms, overlooking a middle courtyard.
