In the morning, I was woken up by the sound of chickens and activities from the street. Actually, I m a sensitive sleeper and these sounds are natural in the Philippine rural area. My four companions slept well and weren't bothered at all

It is a family owned property. The owner was so kind and helped with booking cars in a reasonable price. The staff were so friendly and helpful all the time. I could borrow some utensils. It is walking distance to the center. So if you are into many tour activities, this place is convenient. The price is inexpensive too. I would like to thank Kuya Teng, his wife, their son and the staff for the warmth and great accommodation. I wanna stay there again next time.

The accomodation was 5 min away from the port (where all the tours start) and a lot of shops are around. The staff was very polite and helpfull. At first, breakfeast looks small but is enough and really good. You can even book tours at very good prices. Room was very clean and the AC was very good.

Great stay at Swiflets - The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but tasty. The room was small but the beds were comfy. Easy walk to town with everything within easy access.

The bathroom was a bit small and the shower curtain gets too wet when you shower and the water leaks onto the floor. So we always had water on the floor after our showers. The shower curtain doesn't have a plastic lining on one side to keep it dry.

Staff were great, accomodating and really helpful with info around the area. They let me use the fridge and microwave to heat up leftovers from dinners the night before. Super helpful with luggages.

Room was big enough, comfortable matress, AirConditioning worked really well, cleanliness, freshly daily breakfast was delivered to the table next to your room table. Each room had an external place to leave clothes to dry, which is really helpful when you are going to the beach and humidity is so high.

The room is very noisy because the hotel is located on a noisy street. There is no sound insulation and all the noises are very disturbing inside the room. Construction work is underway in the next building and you will wake up to the noise of a hammer drill and loud conversations of builders.

Although the breakfast is not big, it is very tasty. good location in the city.

We would have appreciated a more thorough cleaning of the room and at least some noise insulation (the location is very central, but a lot of loud traffic drives past). The property could benefit from some maintenance (loose faucet, door knob of closet coming off, bathroom door difficult to unlock/open) and a more than basic breakfast.

It depends what you are looking for. If you are looking for an affordable, safe place close to El Nido downtown and beach, with a really good airconditioning this is for you. There are late checkout facilities, the towels were changed every day and the bed sheets were clean. Staff was nice and helpful and they organized a good van for onward travel.

The room had literally no ventilation and it was just smelling so bad from mold. I checked and the mold was starting to form everywhere in the room and in the bathroom. The bathroom had a window that couldn't be opened and NO ventilation system!!! The "double bed" was actually two twin beds together. Also noticed a huge cockroach going under the bed. The water pressure was so disappointing that it made the bathtub almost useless.

Close to city center, good pancakes in the morning and interesting system for choosing what to eat for breakfast, bathtub!

The street is really noisy, and the room is not very well sound isolated. But we're used to sleeping with earplugs, so this wasn't a big of a deal for us.

The staff was very friendly. It's nice to arrive in a super clean room after a long trip. The breakfast in front of the room is also a big plus.

me and my boyfriend has a wonderful stay here! the staff were amazing and so friendly they helped us book tours and gave us help with that was good to do spring here! breakfast was also great and the room were every clean and comfortable, would definitely recommend staying here when in el nido ✌🏻👍🏻
