The frontdesk is not as responsive as other hotels, I had to call multiple times to be answered.

Spa was not yet available during our stay. Parking was a bit far from hotel access as you need to go around to main entrance in front of the casino.

We ate in room dining for breakfast and it was superb. Pool has a nice view. Staffs are amazing.

There was no offer for an la carte meal esp during breakfast. The atrium opens kinda late at 11AM. 10AM opening would have been more OK. For toiletries, probably, they could provide refillable containers for shampoo, conditioner & shower gel , instead of the individual small plastic tubes. ;)

Swissotel is environment-friendly! Also, the hotel is only 3 kms from Clark Safari. The food in the Atrium and Swissotropics are heart- healthy. The room is clean and fresh-smelling. The hotel staff is professional and very accommodating, including the restos (The Atrium, Oma's and Swissotropics) staff. Special thanks to Harold, Edward, Ms. Maria and Ms. Corinne, Ms. Lysa and Ms. Lyca ( front desk).

Well, there a few things to note that needs improvement: 1. Check-in and check-out process took way too long. 2. While inside the room, you can easily hear any noise coming from the hallway outside.

The staff of this property were all very friendly, accommodating and ready to help. Beds were firm, but not too much; with linens that just envelop you. It was easy to set the perfect temperature in the room.

Disappointed. The pool water was cold. We were expecting it to be heated pool but apparently it wasn’t. We gathered that the solar stuff for the pool was out of order. We asked if the hotel has sauna and steam facility considering it is a 5-stat property. Again disappointed coz it wasn’t available. They have spa for massage and steam shower only and only for members.

The check-in process is so freaking slow!!! It took 1 hour just to check in. Their staff are not really helpful. The delivery of luggage to our rooms took forever. I have to call several times to follow up to deliver our luggage. I also don't understand the pillow that they are using. It doesn't support your head at all, it's like you don't have a pillow. You have to use two pillows just to support your head, but the thing is, you can't do that because the shape of the other pillow is square, not rectangular. It's so freaking stupid!

Check in was slow and disappointing. The reception wasn't very efficient or welcoming. There were strands of hair on the bathroom floor.

The bed and the room itself was comfortable. The person who checked us out almost made up for the unpleasant check in, but not quite.

Security was tight because the casino is located directly in front of the entrance, and there was no place to sit in the lobby, making it inconvenient to wait for a meeting. The attitude of the security staff was not good and they were very overbearing to hotel guests, which made me very angry. Every time you take a picture of the hall, don't take a picture of the casino! The attitude of the security staff was very snooty and they insisted that I erase what I had taken from my phone. Do you refuse to accommodate people who are not interested in the casino, Swissôtel? If so, you should clearly display all precautions at the entrance.

Hot water was non-existent. What we had for our evening and morning showers were just tepid water. Very disappointed.

Breakfast was average. The bacon and all the sausages were just too salty to our taste. Didn't have the chance to sample local dishes though. The staff, however, were quite welcoming and attentive to our needs.

Last year , we had welcome drinks. But now, welcome drinks are only for the "top members". We asked a staff but he does not know the (swimming) pool hours. The "lively" vibe of the staff is not apparent during our stay compared to last year. Aevrage
