We had a bad experience in the pool area, my 73 year old father slipped when he walked out from the pool to the tile floor and cut his head real bad. There was no lifeguard on duty, though the attending hotel staff were there to assist him. The front desk staff didn't respond as quickly as I'd expect in such a situation. I asked for an ambulance but the hotel offered their vehicle and took us to the nearest public hospital. After we were discharged with stitches on my dad's head, we checked out in time and we didn't get any extra show of sentiments from the front desk or any compliments for our unfortunate incident/accident. Our dad is still under observation, we hadn't had the time to inspect what really happened and why he slipped and hit his head which caused too much bleeding. We are still hoping to look further into the situation and talk to the hotel after we have additional medical tests on my dad. We shouldered the medical expenses. We share the pic of the pool showing wooden planks or floors on the sides but the end sides of the pool where the stairs are located are not wooden, it's still tiles. We hope the management will investigate and check the pool area to avoid accidents in the future.

The staff are very hospitable when we checked in, this was one of the reasons we chose the hotel based on the remarks left by previous guests via booking.com. The suites are new and the beds are comfy. The breakfast selection and servings are very filling. The location is great (though without a view), you can take a trike ride around tagaytay city.

The noise from the guests was the loudest that we ever experienced from all the hotels that we stayed. We did not get a good night sleep during our stay. Definitely we are not going to stay in this hotel again!

Cleanliness was not shown in the bed as I saw dead bugs when the comforter was lifted. Also water splashed everywhere in the bathroom because there’s no really separation. And the water didn’t drained in the shower area; water was stagnant.

Our second time to stay at this hotel and it is the same. They have a good breakfast, the rooms are very clean, everything works well in the room. Wifi is everywhere.

Spacious room. Large serving of breakfast. Near to the city center - fast food restaurants, drug store, and convenience store. Super accommodating staff specially attendants who aid us in the parking lot and their receptionists! They're very courteous too!

The water pressure on the flush should be improved though.

Honestly, I didn't expect much from the hotel when I booked it. But we were surprised with the size, comfort and cleanliness of the rool. Even the swimming pool was perfect, clean and the facilities are good. The restaurant serves really good dishes too. Loved their sisig. Their breakfast was okay too, the location is perfect and secure. Will stay again for sure.

I didn’t like anything about the facility. It wasn’t disability friendly. The water in the shower did not drain. One of the rooms requires a room key card to be placed in some slot to have electricity work throughout your stay. If there is no card, no electricity.
