There is leak at the bathroom that flows outside and it may cause of accident due to slippery floor.

I like the place, with comfortable rooms and well equipped. There is a shared terrace for 2 rooms. Wifi, big screen tv, etc. are functioning well. Thanks to Michelle for being approachable. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

The pool is quite dirty. I hope they have a scheduled cleaning every day instead of every tuesday.

The caretaker of the unit was accusing us of the lost 3 saucers. We didn’t even access any of those because we used disposables to avoid washing dishes. We were offering to have all our bags checked before going out, or pay either for the lost saucers. The caretaker told us to inform the owner of the unit and text us how much to pay for the 3 saucers. We were waiting for a message but received none.

The only issue we have is there is no drainage on the sink and toilet bowl part of the cr but its okay, we just used the mop to dry the tiles.

Pay items should have a printed listing with prices in the condo, but the manager sent us the info. TV smart features are a bit difficult to use with no Netflix app that we could find. We still enjoyed watching with YouTube.

Manager was prompt with providing keys and our needs. We discovered the remote to the TV batteries were dead and the manager changed them immediately. We were impressed with her service. The condo was nicely decorated and the comfort room was pristine clean. The condo was perfect for our overnight getaway. Very quiet and secure condo. AC in the bedrooms was super cool and more than needed.

The aircondition is quite noisy so we cant sleep very well and also the toilet is a bit messy but over all we had a good stay.

Some broken cabinets but it didn't bother us as we kept our things in our bags for the overnight stay only.

We liked the welcome arrangements (towels and toiletries in a basket). The staff (Roselle) was very courteous and accommodating. She even set up the equipment before she left. Liked the big TV, comfy bed and pillows, nice smelling towels, complete kitchen utensils and drinking water freebie. We liked the balcony facing the morning sun and with a good view of the pool area.

The elevator is not working. Only one trash can in the unit. Few power outlets inside the unit. Lacks extra beddings since i added another person.

The facility is clean. The place is relaxing.

The owner has taken their eye off this property the caretaker didn't meet us was in Taiwan neglected to tell the owner thus we were kept sitting in a hot car with 2 young children for 30 mins, the property was clean but no soap for bathing, pillows non existent. If you are going there take food and drink as nothing available on site or nearby.
