-Lights in the living room and bedroom are too dim. -Rice cooker is not working. -Some utensils are rusty, knife is not sharp, dish drainer is dirty, they did not provide trash bags, -Organization in the kitchen needs improvement. -Some decors inside the bathroom are old and dusty. -The attendant told us that the parking fee is 350 per night, while the owner said its only 300pesos. -When you step in some floor tiles in the unit , you will feel that it will about to crack. - i felt like the couch/sofa bed needs deep cleaning.

The location is superb. The staff/attendant is approachable. The owner is highly responsive.

Our rented unit was clean enough, but it could have been cleaner had it been pest-controlled by the caretaker/unit owner prior to our stay. We were not informed where to dispose of our trash (if someone from the cleaning staff would pick it). We had to take the garbage out ourselves.

Breakfast is not included in our stay; the convenience store is nearby, so it's easy to buy food. We had a good view of the Taal volcano from the balcony. We enjoyed walking within the vicinity as it was sunny during the daytime and cold when dusk fell.

I sensed that one security guard at the reception seemed like he disapproved of the condos being rented out by the owners as he was not helpful at all.

The condo itself was nice and clean. The owner was also responsive to my messages.

Shower heater on our unit is not working plus microwave should be replaced cause it's rusty inside and not functioning well.

There was only 1 elevator of the building that was operational. We had to wait a long time.

The place was clean and homey. The location of our unit was near the pool area so we did not have to walk far.

slow wifi. turn around time of the lift. only 2 of 3 elevators servicing 26 floors. parking. there are two parking areas available. one is at the "amenities section", P 150 for overnight parking and about 300m from tower 5. more viable option is to park at the "commercial area" which is about 100m from tower 5, though double the parking cost. also, be ready for the usual traffic and congestion at tagaytay during the holiday season.

good location (tower 5). walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, groceries/convenience stores. unit owner also very proactive/helpful on check in procedure.

amenities like the pool is difficult to access because they ask you to buy a voucher in tower 5 and i was in tower 1. its open from 9 to 6 only and we will check out before 12. the appliances like the aircon is old but still works well though. The tap in the kitchen sink does not completely close unless you close the main knob. a bit overpriced for P3100 per night. and also the fact that you need to pay P501 for an overnight fee. you could just add it right away so you dont have any hidden charges. not enough cabinets to place your stuff properly, though theres a small dining table, you would still want to keep your things in a proper dresser. not enough sockets as well if i may add.

A closer parking area, considering that we have to make use of the time fully, we go home late na. And it was quite frightening for the pilot to be walking back to the facility at night at a distance, so they must be in twos, you cannot avoid getting nervous to roam around a parking lot at night.

There was no breakfast . But room and the facilities were good except the parking, it was too far out that it was a long walk especially at night, since we have to enjoy the night life and a good dinner, it was quite late that we go back to the facility. But the rest is great, we have a good night rest, a comfortable one.

The unit had insects ( cockroaches). 😠it can be solves but it was the worst part of me stay. I also got to know after booking that the used of parking and pool were for additional fees. 😏 Check-in wasn’t smooth either 😞

The building is located in a nice area. We needed a car to move around but I liked the area. It can be quite chill in the evening.

There's a slight smell in the room, I think it's the sink. The fridge is undeniably noisy but is working fine. The signal in the area is low, so it's difficult to connect to the internet when you are outside.

The location. The balcony of the room has lake view, walking distance from Sky Ranch, Robinsons, Cabezera, Starbucks, and other dine in places. The staff are very friendly and helpful - I had to go to the hospital at midnight due to acidity but we don't have the car to do so. The staff are friendly enough to let us borrow the security vehicle. They even provided contacts of vehicle owners we can rent going home because booking grab is almost impossible in the area. The owner is very responsive and informative. The unit already has utensils and kitchen appliances so you don't have you worry about having to bring your own. It was very convenient and we look forward to book tye place again.

The information posted is a hoax. It’s different from the actual. Book at your own risk. I booked the room because it indicated it there was 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed w/c was what I was looking for. The actual room had 1 twin bed and 1 sofa bed only. After complaining, we got a room w/ 1 twin bed, 1 pull-out bed and 1 sofa bed. The owner said they don’t have a room w/2 twin beds and 1 queen bed and blamed booking.com for requiring them to post those info. She also insisted there’s no problem with that coz it was still good for 3PAX. It saddened me when my friend from Poland said “that’s the problem with Ph, lots of scammers”. While the owner offered a refund, but we were already there, tired and sleepy, and where can we find another hotel without preparation. Their site indicated toiletries are provides, actual room had only 1 small soap (around 1 tablespoon) and 1 super small toothpaste. The blanket were thinner than my t-shirt. At 3200, one can easily find many other better options with more value for money.

The location is perfect, many establishments nearby. The condo is beautiful, surroundings are clean and beautiful, lots of trees and very spacious. Condo lobby is clean and fragrant, aircon was always open.
