Corong beach was a little dirty. Smells a little like diesel, run off from up hill or construction doesn't seem clean, and very shallow beach. Marimegmeg was much more beautiful, swimmable.

The staff. Provided clean water, suggestions for activities, prices on transportation and other things. Made booking tours and transportation easy.

The front area and the room. Actually I like everything!

The vibe is very cozy. The staff especially Army is very attentive and accommodating. She made us feel at home. We were craving pandesal (Filipino bread usually eaten at breakfast) and she offered to buy it from town and it’s quite a commute.

They did not accept payment by card. We were lucky we withdrew enough cash the day before because we were quite in a hurry with our ferry headed to Coron.

It was by far the cleanest accommodation we stayed in here in Palawan. The room was cleaned every morning and 2 large jugs of filtered water were filled. Extremely kind staff will help you to organise all the activities during your stay.

A little corner of beauty with a paradisiacal view. The resort is held by locals (so you won't give money to Western entrepreneurs who underpay the staff as it can often happen) who have proven the most generous and kind people we met during our journey. They have helped us organise our stay and trips in el Nido and have even lend us water bags for our boat trips. The rooms are very tidy and everything is well held and cleaned.

Just one of those places where you feel happy, welcome, at home. Armie welcomed us in the manner of what you see in 5 star hotels, relax, a nice lemongrass drink, clean room with nice instructions on how things work, etc. The rooms are nice, clean, fresh, everything is there. Literally at the beach with a cosy bar/ restaurant. Very helpful as well in dropping us off at the airport and letting us use the public shower after checkout time.

Armie is the best host I have ever had in all my years of traveling. She goes above and beyond in hospitality and being warm, kind to her guests. She personally made me calamansi juice on arrival and just before departure. Coming to the room, it is the best sea resort I have stayed at. The room is spotless and the whole place is white like a Chapel. The view is the best that corong corong can offer and you can savour the sea breeze from your patio. She even arranged a shuttle bus back to Puerto Princessa for me and they picked me right at the resort and dropped me to my homestay in PPS.

Water pressure of the shower was very low, a little bit of smell in the bathroom. Housekeeping didn't change the towels, only upon request. The way from the street to the hotel was quite muddy and narrow, but from the beach it was much nicer.

Beautiful little hotel right at the beach. Good (optional) breakfast with a fantastic view. Friendly and helpful team. Room was spacious and well equipped. Very good and silent AC, sofa, balcony with table and chairs,, lots of hangers. Free drinking water refills.

The ladder in the loft is so steep it seems challenging to go up to the mezzanine, one should be super careful not to fall. The water pressure in the toilet is weak and u need to wait to for flushing.

The location is near the center and beachfront. Ate Armie is so nice and very willing to help. The breakfast is so nice.

Nothing! To find the resort go to Happy Home Restaurant, walk along the path and it will take you to the back of the resort. Then walk to the beachfront where the reception is located! Other reviews mention power shortages: there was a short power cut on the first night stopping the air con to work however this was fairly minor!

I adore Corong Beach Resort! The staff are so friendly and helpful, the breakfast is great value for money and super tasty (50 peso calamansi juice is lovely) and they even give you a welcome drink. The resort looks over the sea - though my room was standard I could see the sea from our terrace. This means you can walk straight onto the beach and walk in either directions to see other hotels, bars and restaurants. The room was super comfortable as the bed was huge, they provide you with two jugs of drinking water as well as filling the kettle, there is a fan and air con as well as chairs and a table and a hanging rack on our terrace. They arranged a tricycle to the airport and have scooter rental too! If you are looking for a comfortable, clean and relaxed stay than stay here!!

Amazing place. fresh towels smelling lavender every morning. incredible! being a titanium Marriott member and spending more than 100 nights out per year, I only can say that this is the best. ah! don’t forget to enjoy breakfast, pure fresh fruits , really a delicatessen

This is a lovely hidden small resort consisting of 7 rooms. El Nido main town is a short tricycle ride away into town. This is a quiet location, perfect for couples. Armie and her husband were so helpful. We hired one of their scooters for a day to explore more of the island. Nacpan beach took around 45 mins to get to on the scooter. We were in room 7 upstairs. This had been newly renovated with a new air con unit. Super clean and fresh with a nice small balcony and sea view. The entrance to the villas was a little unappealing from the road, but don't let this put you off. The breakfast menu offered was lovely and very cheap. If you're a chilled person and want peace & quiet, without the high-end fuss, this is a good choice.
