Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyRooms are not really soundproof. Noise from the streets is quite loud. Pool quite small and located between two rooms and is not optimal for a swim.

Poland- The room wasn’t the cleanest and you could see on sheets and towels that there were some spots. They also didn’t clean the room in our 4 day stay once, so it was a mess as we come back from boat trip pretty sandy. - As popular in the whole country, the water is heated by sun, so we didn’t really have much hot water and showered more in semi-cold one. - The hotel is next to a very busy street and we could hear the street constantly, as the room is not isolated. Additionally, someone was constantly singing, which was a bit annoying.
The hotel room was okay and wifi was working very good. It was also in okay distance to walk to the center of El Nido and to bus terminal. The room had a balcony and they had a refill water station available for guests.

AustraliaIt is unfortunate how noisy it was. The room door led straight to one of the main streets in el nido making sleep a big challenge, so much that i preferred to change to other place instead.
Lovely little place, quite new facilities and lovely staff that made the visit. It is a bit smaller than i thought, though.

Sweden1. Not super clean, was some stain on the bathroom wall and smaller spider net in the corners of the showers 2. The power outlets could not be used as it was completely used and ur adapter just jumped out cause the socket was so loose, the staff fixed it the next day but only one socket not the others 3. The shower did not have any power as far as the water beam, we told them to fix it and they did about 10-15% increase but still it was totally useless 4. The value was the worst part. I paid 14000 pesos for 3 nights. In boracay i get the best hotel of fairwaters 5 star for the same price, this hotel uses people who are desperate of accommodation and it shows. Very sad they need to really fix the place for it to be called botique

United KingdomThe shower was terrible, poor pressure and also no warm water just cold. The room with shower had two showers one inside and one outside with an open roof, this was not appealing because the bugs and noise came in. People were standing outside the open shower so it wasn't private. There were no facilities here No hairdryer or anything Worst of all it's on a very very noisy road and there's lots of construction going off all around which starts really early. There isn't even a sheet on the bed just some crotchet item that's useless We moved to a different area after two nights here which was ok the beach and quiet and comfortable for the same money so really not good value at all I would never stay here again
