Nothing to complain about, enjoyed the 3 nites stay

The hotel is right at the beach, there is a 300m or so walk from the main road (applies to all the facilities at the beach). Rooms are good size and have balcony. Breakfast was quality, good option though not too many. They keep changing menu options which we loved. And the view from the breakfast lobby is million bucks. They also provide towel n beach chairs. Close to all the attractions and food outlets. The pool is nice though and good enough size for family fun time.

We liked everything about the property ..our room was large and clean ..everything we needed was in the room ..the staff very attentive and helpful … our room was across from the pool and the beach right out the front door Breakfast was plentiful and delicious…the staff brought our luggage to our taxi ..very good service

This was my second stay at this hotel, the staff are great, the hotel rooms are good, the location is great on the beach front, I recommend to contact the hotel and use their airport transfer, wroth every peso.

The bed was terrible. It felt like it had craters all over it and was lumpy. Plus it’s very low to the ground. It’s to bad none of the hotels have beach chairs on the sand. It gets a little uncomfortable to sit on the sand.

The location was excellent. In the middle of the beach near all the restaurants and the mall. The beach out front was the best section.

There was not much not to like. If there was some options for other types of food, not just within the hotel but also in the surrounding area that would have been good.

The breakfast was amazing. We are use to European type breakfast but to have the option of Filipino food for the first meal of the day was a nice surprise.

Brilliant location beach literally at your doorstep, and surrounded by cafes restaurants and shops. Great breakfast, fantastic facilities and most of all big thank you to all the staff who work at the District. They were all amazing and helpful. Would rate this place higher if possible.

It's 730 am 2 hrs before our airport transfer (930am) After our bfast on our way back to our room to have some more rest... Upon entering our room we saw One of the staff is already cleaning the room he said for room clearance? What without our consent and I don't remember calling the front desk for us to check out during that time .. I don't know why he is cleaning the room knowing its still 2hrs before our airport transfer.. We just feel violated... But nonetheless we had a great time

Sounds isolation for rooms with interconnecting door could be better.

Great location at the center of white beach with many places around. Immediate 5-10m distance to beach :) super convenient. Amazing welcome with all explanations from available services to return arrangement/prepared breakfast for early check-out. Regular cleaning of surrounding (sand etc) / fast response for room service. Quality SPA in-house. Staff regularly with positive vibe. Pool, bar, 2 restaurants in-house. At 10pm all facility close enabling quiet zone for guests.

I would like to point if you are using booking.com there's no such thing as a SPECIAL BREAKFAST which is additional charge you have to pay, the hotel management does not know about the "Special breakfast" that has been promoting in booking.com which is really deceiving. And the food was nice but very small portions considering the price.
