The room is a bit pricey compared to other hotel we stayed in, but they have the best spot in El Nido.

They have the amazing sunset! The staff are so friendly. Food are delicious and good price.

When we arrived we had 7 rooms booked and were not given a key once checked in. Instead made to choose our own rooms and one couple were left with no room for a short period. Keys need to be handed to each person upon arrival and it is the luck of the draw to who receives what room in relation to where it is located in the resort. As long as each room that was booked has the ammenities and is the correct room that was booked, for example Deluxe Suite 35m2. In group bookings this needs to be done as could cause conflict in the group. Also one of the rooms had no air conditioning and when fixed had leaking water. Finally fixed after 2 nights of our 4 night stay.

Nothing much! The only niggle would be a little bit of work is needed in the pool maybe, but it doesn’t affect the use or the quality of the experience.

The team were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you! Location was secluded which was nice to relax but close enough to the town to be involved! The free shuttle was great and the property was fab!

The staff were very slow and overall service not very great. They wanted to charge 50% more for tours than all the other operators and also insisted on cash for tours or transfers instead of billing to room or taking card payment - inconvenient. Room cleaning could be better too - especially bathroom.

Great location, short work or tricycle ride to el nido town, far enough way to be quiet and isolated from the bussle. Superb sunsets, large rooms with good facilities.

Although the pool is quite small, it did have a wonderful view of the bay. We had to be moved because the air conditioner spewed out ice, but the staff were very helpful. The TV didn't work. While the accommodation wasn't terrible value for money, it wasn't great either. Based on nearly a quarter century of travel in Asia, I'd describe the property as a 4 star charing 5 star prices. It also demanded 1/2 of the room fee paid in advance of arrival - the other 1/2 upon arrival. A novel approach.

The staff are wonderful. In particular, Irwin, May @ the front desk & Shaeonely & Shae in the restaurant. All were genyuinely warm and thoroughly professional. The quaint, on-demand tuk-tuk service from the hotel that went along the beach to the town square was quite helpful. The Hatch beef cheeseburger with caramelised onions has to be among the best I've ever devoured. It was astoundingly delicious. I had it two days in a row and yes - love was as great the second time round. The fruit shakes were great too! The bed was awesomely comfortable. We slept well.

Horrible restaurant. Not prepared for kids and no flexibility. For example when there was no dish for the kids we asked for sausage, they ask us to pay like for full meal of super spagetti with sausage. Very expensive, no alternatives for kids. Other hotels would try to help that kids eat, and make adjustment for meal and orders for kids. This restaurant from the hotel is not flexible at all, and for adults many meals very oily.. we were not happy at all. They were taking advantage of us. Very expensive and not good, better to eat outside. Also shower very low presure and very small bathroom.

Very good location, close to town square where there is a lot of shops and restaurants. Room is quite big. Clean and well organize. The view and the swimming pool are really great! Nice service for tik tuk to the town square.

For most excursions you get better prices with the tour shops 1 minute walk outside the hotel.

Well maintained, small setup. Nice staff. Quiet location, but with a free TukTuk service you are in 5 minutes on the vibrant Townsquare.

It is a bit far from the city and you need to take a 5 minute toktok from town on the beach to get to the hotel. We did not know this coming in so it was a shock to us. The hotel does offer complimentary toktok rides and are super available to help.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were amazing and helpful and the restaurant was very tasty.

Excellent place to stay (March 2024). Found this by accident but was so good. Facilities are well looked after, staff are fantastic and they look to be continually renovating/expanding the resort. In-house free tuk-tuks between the main El Nido town and the resort. Meals and drinks were all great and the dining area is lovely and relaxed. Couldn’t more highly recommend this place to others wanting a great place to stay in El Nido 👌

Obviously lots of maintenance to do before fully re-opening post covid which was not reflected in the price . Need to be more honest about where they are in relation to this. No great access to a good beach which again was not on the website. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant. Breakfast was disappointing as was having to not flush loo roll away !! Bit smelly and not great to look out on concrete wall. Close to a graveyard and lots of stray animals. Having said that walking distance of el nido which was a bonus.

It was quirky and loved the idea of accessing only at low tide. Staff were lovely. The shuttle Bus was great.

The nest is a beautiful property. We felt very relaxed and comfortable here. The rooms are nice and big. The views of the bay from the pool and the restaurant were exceptional! And the tuk tuk into town was quick and convenient.

Only that there was not a blind/curtain on one of the windows where a light shone through and the windows rattled ever so slightly in the wind.

Excellent service, particularly Brian, May and Neil - also the restaurant girls. Rooms were spacious and clean with free WiFi, smart TV, aircon and mini bar available. Breakfast cooked to order, with fruits and cereals. Restaurant menu reasonably priced and varied - with lovely view of the sea. Shuttle service available to the town as it is about a 20 minute walk to the town.

When it’s high tide they won’t be able to pick you up and not enough lights to go and walk back and forth the hotel to the main. No night life or entertainment in hotel itself.

It’s clean and the ambiance is relaxing. I love our room it’s clean and easy access to everything. I just wish breakfast is included on our pay . But overall it’s amazing and I would like to come back. I’m already recommending this place to colleague and friends here in UK and everywhere in the world as I did have an amazing time here.i have done lots of tours so not stay like a whole day in resort which I did regret as I didn’t use the swimming pool and seaside which I would like to stay more days but I can’t.

Given the price they charge I was extremely disappointed with the standard of the accommodation. Firstly the hot water in the shower wasn’t working and then when it did the water pressure was very low. The room walls are paper thin and the room is consequently very noisy. The bed was quite comfortable but the standard of the room servicing was very poor. The bed was very poorly prepared each day. I believe the hotel was recently upgraded but definitely not the rooms.

The hotel location is fantastic because it has a wonderful view. The staff are extremely pleasant. The Breakfast is very good with lots of options.

The property is really clean and fully renovated. The resort have their own vehicles that picks up guest and takes them to the back to the town for free. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner and even a happy hour.
