The name new view gave me an impression that there's a view from our room. But the windows were soldered and cannot be opened.

There is an elevator for my elderly mom who was with me. There is always a person in the concierge whenever I pass by it.

The staff took two days to make Netflix work in my room. The breakfast was also just so-so, it was chicken nuggets and hotdogs and eggs. If you have limited time in BCD, I’d suggest going out to eat for breakfast.

It was very accessible from big landmarks like SM and shops and close to the main road (Lacson). The staff were also quite helpful, and the room was just enough for a short stay.

Room is so small contrary on what’s in the post. No table and chair. No trashcan in the room, only in bathroom. No socket beside queen bed. Cabinet is so hard to open.

We were disappointed in general because it looks cozy in photos plus the fact that it is located inside an old establishment (which can be understandable since most of the establishments in Iloilo are quite old). I just hope that they include more reference photos so the travelers or customers can have a clear picture of the whole place because for me the price per night is not worthy at all considering that they have limited amenities which is really disappointing considering its price.

I like that the location is accessible to PUVs since it's within the city proper and near most of Iloilo tourist spots and Iloilo Ferry port. The bed itself is comfortable, and the comfort room is average, it doesn't have a heater and the soap provided is not even packed. The whole room is clean, but it looks old, and the ceiling has little damages or holes. The window in our room cannot be opened, the TV has cable but not a smart TV. I just don't really like that we have to go up/down the stairs when going to the lobby or leaving the hotel since they are located inside a big establishment only. The elevator is small which can fit up to 6 pax only, and it's old as well and we even experienced that the elevator is off. However, the staffs are very friendly and tries to meet your demands or concerns, so we didn't have any problems with them.

The toiletries are incomplete. We don't have shampoo and toothpaste. We were only given 2 soaps within our 3 nights stay in the hotel. When we asked for the housekeeping after our 2nd day. I was expecting new towels but they weren't replaced. It's also a plus factor if there's hot and cold shower. Although the shower was not cold nor hot, so it's still fine with me. I was also expecting a view from the window but there's none.

The hotel was very cheap but it's almost complete with what I need. We have booked a hotel for the same price in another town and it's not comparable at all. It's at the center of everything. The staffs are very friendly and there's always one available.

the hot water didn’t work, I had cold showers. the staff are scammers! they woke me up at 9 pm saying I needed to pay the lady across the street for parking even though that’s where he told me to park! He was just trying to scam me, please be aware as the staff are so shifty
