No actions from the staff! Booked a deluxe suite but they gave us deluxe room only. Tried to follow up many times but don't have any actions. Already provide proof for booking still not getting any reactions. Paid too much!!!

Location is far.

The staff were very nice and accomodating and the pool area is kind of relaxing. My kids enjoyed to swim the time we stayed.

no mirror in each room. a bit old. the cr is not that clean. there are lots of cats!!! 😣 the accommodation needs renovation.

Wifi was really bad. Got a worse room than we ordered. Breakfast wasnt great. It was so slipper outside when it just go a little wet, pure luck I didn't get injured.

Facilities (pool and surroundings) not clean. Free breakfast not good. Staff not accommodating. Location Map (5mins to white beach) in the post is incorrect. It is actually 15-20mins etricycle ride to white beach, 30 pesos per pax one way fare. There’s a hotel free ride but only run 4x a day. Lights in the room too dim. Slow wifi. Need to climb up like 6-8 flights of stairs to the room without elevator, too much hassle when carrying heavy luggage. They ran out of bath towels, and towel quality is not soft type.

Farthest location from all stations . , Internet is not working in the room. Staff not so friendly, we arrived after midnight but there was no staff in the reception. We waited for long time. We order Xtra food, but pricey. Small room. No elevators.

Front Entry (Road) to the Hotel ist Not so inviting. Furniture ist a Bit old but Not damaged.

WE stayed 7,nights in Room107. Sitze ist good, with balcony and nice View. No noice. Cleaness good. Beds good. Few Things we're Not working but after i inform the reception they going to fix IT. Every day an other Breakfirst in Philippino Style. Pool to use until midnight. We got a value for our 7 night price

WIFI was notorious. No lift, only stairs. Drainage work on entrance and an unpleasant fresh paint smell. 👎😔

The room said it had a fridge and oven but there were none. The fridge they did have was broken. The floors were concrete and there were bugs. The dining table was outside. The room was on a hill that was not safe very slippery. For the price the rooms were horrible.

The inclusions written on my booking confirmation were incomplete. There were no toiletries, no telephone, no socket near the bed and no carbon monoxide detector. The room safety deposit box was loose and almost fell off. The room aircon was not cooling good. I requested the hotel staff to transfer us to a room with a good air conditioning unit. Unfortunately, there was no more available room and they just provide us with an electric fan. They gave us two mobile numbers of their front office which we could call (if we need anything) using my mobile phone but my calls were never answered.:-(

The breakfast served was fair enough. However, we were expecting to have brewed coffee instead of the instant coffee.

The food was usually cold. The room service food was always late. The shower was little more than a trickle. They neglected to tell us when the kicken was closed early.

When the food was hot it was very good. The portions of the food were good size mainly. We liked the pool. The staff were friendly.

Everything- My mum and I got electrocuted, Management didn’t even ask if we were okay. Bathroom- hot water is non existent on first night, we got it fixed and they left it on super hot and it’s unbeatable to use. Bedrooms- ceiling was leaking, our beds were wet, they changed the bedsheets but realized the whole mattress was soaking wet, we ended up sleeping on the floor the 2nd night. Doors- automatically locked- you need to ask reception everytime you want to get in the main bedroom Breakfast- GOODLUCK with that.. we got served set menu of Rice/ scrambled eggs and sausages. every single day. It’s ridiculous. Airconditioning- it’s spitting cold water. This place shouldn’t be advertised in here. It should be fix before they can have people here. This place is a joke for the price. Please stay away.

Nothing about the property. It’s unsafe and very poorly maintained. Only the driver, is worth 1 star.
